Awesome service. I went weeks with a cracked phone because to be honest customer service at Apple leaves less to be desired. I went in once to sole and after being treated poorly then told to come back five hours later. It just didn’t work. After going in to iwireless they were able to take my phone immediately and have my phone up and running two hours later. It’s quick and the work done has my phone working better than it was before. Not only is my phone fixed I paid a quarter of the price.

BOOTLEG. I got my iPhone 6+ cracked screen fixed here. After, my home button felt out of place and it looked as if my screen was lifting on the corner. A week later my screen completely lifted and my touch screen was not working. Had to travel back all the way from Hayward to get it fixed just to find out I had to leave it over night because they had no screens in stock. Never again. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

They fixed my phone screen just in 25 minutes and gave me a good deal on it. Also i bought a new case for my phone. You can find any cellphone accesories in this shop. Definitely recommend this shop if u have any problems wth your phone.

Quoted 20 – 30 minutes to replace cracked iPhone screen
After 30 minutes — said they need 45 more minutes
When I returned to pick up the iPhone — the home button did not recognize fingerprint.
The tech took the phone and proceeding to brick the phone. Asked to keep the phone. After 30 hours said they would replace with new phone. Picked up «new» phone — took it to the apple store. The phone’s serial number does not match those in Apple’s system. The source of the phone is highly questionable. My recourse at this point is to alert the proper authorities and buy a new iphone.

iWireless Solutions at the Valley Fair Mall in San Jose did a poor job of replacing the screen on my son’s iPhone. We could see that the glass was not evenly placed and stuck out past the frame in places. So, we went back to get it fixed. The guy there was busy doing nothing (watching a movie on his iPhone) and was reluctant to help to say the least. He said he didn’t have any glass to replace the first one he put on. As far as I’m concerned, there is no way this was true. He just didn’t want to fix his mistake. Two days later, my son’s glass cracked from heat. They sold us a cheap screen, placed it on poorly and then wouldn’t fix it. We will not use iWireless at Valley Fair again.

Despite being closed when they were not supposed to be on several walk-​by visits, they were able to fix the cracked screen on my iPhone 5s in 15 minutes for a very reasonable $ 85.

Samsung s6 edge repaired!!! The screen was cracked 2 days ago, I got it back and it looks like new!!! The service is excellent, the stuff was super helpful!!! They received a bad replacement screen but still were able to meet the dead lines and have it ready for me!!! I recommend that place for the price, service, and the time consuming.

Galaxy S4 — screen was cracked beneath the glass. Called several places near Burlingame/​Millbrae/​San Bruno. iWireless had the cheapest price for a replacement screen for the Galaxy S4. Gave a quote over the phone; delivered at the quoted price.
Total time from drop-​off to pickup was 35 minutes. Great service from Aza. And he threw in a new flip case/​cover at no charge.
Hope our screens never get cracked again. But we’ll give this place our business if they do. Thanks.

DO NOT GO HERE. It took them a month to unlock my phone. They told me 4 days. By the time it unlocked I was back from traveling overseas. I had to scramble to find a phone overseas. Nightmare. They wouldn’t even give me a refund! Dishonest!

They replaced the glass on my iPad Air. Ever since then my iPad powers off intermittently.
When I asked them to check it out they said that even if they witnessed the power off problem, they couldn’t promise that that they would open it up to see what’s causing it — what kind of customer support is that?!!
They started pointing fingers at me and claiming they didn’t do anything other than replace glass… Excuse me but any idiot knows that these devices are so tightly put together that replacing broken glass by itself is an intrusive procedure — they wouldn’t even look under the hood to see if there was something loose.
Do NOT trust this place — they should be shut down.

My wife and i came in to get two iphones repaired. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner and justin gave us excellent customer service. He even was able to work out a good discount for the parts! I will be returning for any repairs in the future.

These people are quick with repairs, but expensive! The two times I was in, to drop off and pickup my damaged phone, I was helped by a girl. On both occasions, she had to step away to call and ask a colleague for assistance.
If you are trying to sell your old phone, they will low ball you, big time! Overall, not very satisfied with this business. Will be last time I bring anything in for a repair or to sell.

Came here for a iPhone jailbreak and unlocking since they were posting a special on Craigslist. So I drove off to get my phone taken care of.
Sad enough when I get my phone done, they tell me they couldn’t give me at that price. Even though the ad was still on Craigs they couldn’t offer it to me. They wanted more than double. I rather download some ringtones or ringtone myself off of /www.zedge.net.
Police call that scam Hook and Lure.
