Relocating from Boston, we had one week to buy a home in a crazy market and we could not have done it with out Mary Murphy and Olivia Edwards. They gave us great advice and helped us through each step of the process. There were 18 offers on the house we wanted and thanks to Mary and Olivia we got the house! We had to fly back to Boston before we could close and they took care of everything that needed to be done. Now we just can’t wait to move!

Whenever Mary and Olivia showed our home they were conscientious about giving us enough time and choosing showing times that were easy to work with. Our house sold before it was even formally listed on the market for tens of thousands more than what we had bought it for only a year and a half earlier. Mary took us out to a lovely dinner to celebrate and one of our genuine regrets about selling was that she would no longer be right down the street from us.

Olivia and Mary helped to make my first time home buying experience much smoother than I ever imagined. They took the time to explain to me the buying process and help me flush out the qualities that I felt were most important in my first home, which I didn’t fully grasp until my discussion with the pair. They identified several very promising properties that all met the requirements I laid out and helped to weigh in on the pros and cons of each property. Their opinion was a significant value-​add to the process and influenced my final decision to purchase the property I ended up with. Olivia and Mary were also very helpful throughout the due diligence process and would frequently contact the sell-​side agent to make sure that the process was moving along. We closed escrow without any issues and I was very glad to have them represent me as the buyer. I will definitely use them again when I look to upgrade in the future!

Mary and Olivia were great. They helped us sell our house as a short sale. They made the process as painless as possible. Everything was handled very professionally. And they got it done quickly and with little interruption to our lives. They did an open house one Sunday afternoon, showed the house for a few more days, and then accepted offers. All told, we only had people looking at the house for four days. And we got 23 offers!

But by the time we were really ready to do what we needed to do to get the home we really wanted, they moved fast to get the first available offer presentation, advised us on the offer and approach and it was accepted. We firmly believe that we got our dream house at a good price in an insanely competitive market because we chose Mary and Olivia. You just can’t go wrong with them!

Though we can’t ever imagine selling the wonderful house we just bought thanks to them, we know that when the time comes, we will enlist Mary and Olivia to help us with the sale.
