Previously I gave this place a 1 star review and for lack of results for over priced package. My rating was removed. Now it’s out of business. That says it all.

I bought the 3 Zerona sessions through living social or plum district (I forget which!). I was hesitant to try but I read good reviews about Zerona so I decided to go for it. PerfectMe is a lovely, clean facility. Both of the ladies working made me feel comfortable and welcome. They explained the entire process very well. I had all 3 sessions in 1 week and after the 2^nd treatment I could feel that my jeans were starting to feel a little bit looser. After the 3^rd treatment, I had lost about 2 inches from my hips, ½ an inch from my thighs and about a ½ inch from my waist. The most significant change was in my belly pooch (thanks for that daughters)! I was hoping to lose more from my waist and thighs but I’ll take what I can get! I followed (almost) all of the recommendations for diet and exercise and I drank the tea as advised. I had already been exercising 4 – 5 times a week so the only big change for me was the tea and cutting out alcohol and caffeine. Overall, I was very pleased. I’d like to go back for more! I probably will once it gets a little closer to summer and I lose some more weight. I definitely recommend this place! I think Zerona is ideal for people who have stubborn fat to lose and diet/​exercise just isn’t doing it.

I took advantage of a LivingSocial deal for 3 Zerona sessions ($ 199). I figured, «why not?». The procedure has been FDA approved (I know what goes into getting FDA approval — very rigorous) and featured on several reputable television programs. I have to admit I was a little skeptical none the less…
I met with Leslie on my first day and she explained the process to me — 20 minutes under the Zerona lasers on back and front, then 10 minutes on the shaker. She was very nice and the facility was clean, comfortable and welcoming. She explained how I need to exercise daily (minimum 10 mins) and drink plenty of water. I already exercise several times a week so not much change there. They did provide me with a senna based tea which seemed a little strange since that is a laxative, so I’ve been conservative with it’s use.
They try to make the appointment as much as a spa experience as possible. They offer a complimentary paraffin wax hand dip prior to getting on the table. The rooms are warm and well appointed. After your 40 minutes under the Zerona lasers you stand on a shaker for 10 minutes. While my technician told me that was equivalent to a 30 minute work out, i totally don’t believe that. However I do understand the concept of the shaker and why it could be beneficial.
Subsequent appointments were with Ashley who could not be more pleasant and helpful. Bottom line was that after 3 treatments I lost 1″ from my waist/​abdomen and although I didn’t loose any inches around my thighs (yet) the skin is much smoother and firmer and I swear my cellulite is reduced. I’m seriously considering going back for the remaining 6 treatments as recommended because I have seen results!
If you’re considering Zerona I suggest you do your research and find a «groupon» type offer. There are plenty of resources on the internet for both. …Or just give Ashley a call :)

I really like their customer service, they make you feel welcome and do everything to help you reach your goal. I bought 3 sessions of Zerona laser and so far I am happy with the results. If I do Zerona again in the future for sure I will give them my business. 100% recommended. :)

Please note that my rating is based on the facility, staff, and procedure but not focus on the result.
My objective — circumferential reduction in the stomach area and tightening of skin
Facility — it is clean with 4 rooms — 2 serona, 1 velashape, 1 vasershape.
Staff — friendly. Though my first consultant was nice, I didn’t feel that she was very knowledgeable in explaining the various treatments. However my technician, Melissa was able to share more information with me. After the initial consultation, I scheduled my first Velashape session. I believe the Velashape was recommended due the the quick result that you may see from the very first treatment.
Procedure — When I arrived for the session, I was led to the room to change into a robe. Melissa came in explaining the procedure. Velashape is mainly a warming and suctioning treatment, kinda like a vacuum cleaner. The tool is moved around a specific area to bring the skin temperature to at least 40 degrees. Melissa put lotion on my stomach continuously apparently to help with the treatment, as well as to make it more comfortable for me. The procedure is to go over the specific area twice. As we had time, Melissa also treated my sides. The entire procedure (stomach and sides) took about an hour.
Tidbits — I am active in my mid 40s. I exercise regularly but have not been able to obtain that flat stomach as before kids. I will not do any invasive treatment, so this procedure seems ideal. I did not expect much as far as losing inches after only one treatment, but I did expect to have tighter skin.
Morning After — I observed and measured myself the next morning, and there was no circumferential reduction nor smoothing of the loose skin.
Final Thoughts — I do not feel comfortable with this facility to return for more treatments as I have no confidence with the staff.
