Subway

Okay when is it okay to continue to WINDEX the glass window when you have a customer and then to not wash your hands after using WINDEX and go to make my sandwich! Really? I almost walked out I’m never going to this subway again! I used to work for the company so I know the protocol and how everything works and this girl doesn’t know what she is doing she doesn’t even smile and say hello! You obviously work in customer service so you should act like it! I think you need to train your employees a lot better

I got attitude from the young lady almost instantly when I walked in.
She seemed like she really didn’t want to be there. Treated my sandwhich the same. Not sure if she just was having a bad day, or is always like this.
Cookies were hard not fresh.
Did not add cucumbers on my veggie delight– overloaded mayo, and did not cut my sandwhich in half.
Sad. I like subway.
The place did look clean.

So I’ve been coming here for the past 2 weeks and while I expected to find everything from hair to snake skin and beyond in my sandwich from reading the past review, that was not case.
They were just regular old subway sandwiches. No complaints, nothing bad really. And I saved money by switching from Urban Bistro, woohoo!
I do feel bad for the Nepali guys who were working there this week and got yelled at by racist bigots. That needs to stop, they’re great hardworking guys.

Nice staff but there’s always a long line. Always!!! Only because this is a healthier choice than Burger King do I chose to lose an hour of my life that I will never get back again waiting in this long ass line. They seriously can use a «Now Hiring» sign on display in place of one of their many $ 5 deal signs!

I like having a subway every once in a while… But this place is no bueno. It feels a little dirty in there. And I’ve gone twice with my coworkers. first thing… there’s an employee there that seems like she hates working there. She’s RUDE!!! weI usually take the sandwiches back to work, we only work about a block away. We sat down to enjoy the sandwich and to our surprise there was an insect of some sort in the sandwich. All 3 of us were grossed out and it completely killed our appetite. After a couple months we went back. Thought we would give it another try. We didn’t have any insects but this time it was a hair. Gross… We gave up. No more subway. Well not that particular one. Never had a problem at any other one.

Im with Abby S., sometimes you just want a sandwich. I Used to love the Spicy Italian in high school and interesting to see it’s still around. Got an upgrade to the bmt with the Italian herb bread. Not as good as i remember. Still it was decent for the short time i had to eat before my meeting. Probably wont hit another for a while.

OK, I hate to admit it, but every now and then I like to eat a Subway sandwich. They’re relatively healthy (depending on what you order), quick, affordable and there’s generally one in everyone’s neighborhood. I can walk to the one in Burlingame, a perfect lunch break when working from home.
Here’s the big news: my favorite sandwich, the Spicy Italian, is on special for the month of November. $ 5 for a foot-​long. You really can’t beat it!
Why 3-​stars? ‘Cause I’m pretty sure the food isn’t *that* healthy and it’s definitely full of sodium. After eating half, I’m usually thirsty the rest of the day.
Yes, there’s several amazing deli’s in Burlingame nearby and yes, I visit them too. But I gotta have my fast food fix every once in awhile. Guilty pleasure, anyone?

Another new addition to Burlingame. Not that there is ever a shortage of Subway Sandwhich shops!
Turkey with a load of Salad on Wheat — Same as every other Subway really.
I’m not so much a fan of this chain anymore as although the Sandwiches are ‘alight’ since I have been venturing into trying other places I now know I can get a bigger, tastier and more filling Sandwich elsewhere.
Ok place though if just want to grab something quick and you pretty much know what to expect when you come here.
