As anyone knows getting a loan is always such a frustrating experience; however, Spiro Hishmeh, makes what may be so grueling, actually simple. He always finds a loan that is in our best interest, never his. He outlines exactly what is needed on our end, to expedite the whole process. I feel like he is our personal agent, providing us with exceptional, professional and superior service always. A true testament to this, is the fact Spiro has processed over 5 loans in the past 20 years for us!

Spiro is the man! Many people know Spiro in the office that I work at, he is famous, they all talk about how awesome he is and how he is known for is making it work. To me there is no price on good customer service. I must add he is also hilarious, he really should have been a comedian but I guess his talent is in lending also.

What people don’t understand is getting a loan these days is tricky and it is priceless to get an experienced loan officer like Spiro ! I have sent him some difficult loans and he always knows where to place it and what documents you will need! My wife and I were looking for a mortgage lender to purchase our first house. We did a lot of research and interviewed several mortgage lenders. There were several reasons why we chose to work with premier lending.
1) they were honest and upfront with fees how they get paid and what is the process forgetting car loan.
2) they always tried to get us the best rate and give us alternative options when problems arise .
3) we did have a problem with our taxes that complicated our situation and premier lending was able to find quick solutions.

I used Premier Lending as my loan provider and I didn’t know anything about buying a home but they guided me through the whole process, explaining to me step-​by-​step, and making sure I understood everything. Our first meeting seemed as if Faris was professional and in that first meeting he stated when we get ready to close you need to respond immediately to requests, etc. when we went to him for a competitive quote he was slow to respond, I had to follow up and at one point he asked for the competitive quote and then he never even responded stating the obvious that I should go with the other lender. Very disappointed in his recommendation of Realtors of Frank Allen. My thought in business is there’s always a possibility of doing business in the future, clearly both companies think differently. I also had friends who refinanced and they said he at times didn’t respond and again slow to refinance.

Spiro has refinanced us many time over the years and has always gotten us the best rate. He also keeps us up to date throughout the loan process. He is honest and detail oriented and is very knowledgeable regarding the best loan options.

Initially, quoted a 4.0% mortgage interest rate for our jumbo loan, but ended up getting a 3.625% interest rate with paid closing costs. Despite getting many refi offers through the mail and internet, I would not trust anyone else.

I just recently refinanced my home in San Jose with Premier Lending, working with Faris Faraj and Mark Lisaj. The experience was fantastic. They kept me up to date during the process and communication was a breeze with their electronic document system. They were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had both through e-​mail and by phone.
My wife and I had purchased our home less than a year ago and we were able to obtain a new no cost /​no fee loan brokered by Premier Lending for an entire percentage point below our previous interest rate. I really couldn’t ask for a better experience or deal than what we received from Premier Lending. I’ll be returning to them for all my property financing needs in the future and referring family and friends to them as well.
