Rescue Carpet Care

Rescue Carpet Care has cleaned my carpets twice as well as several furniture items. I give them the highest rating. Joe is the owner and is very reliable — always returns calls and emails promptly. And, he did an amazing job on our carpets. We have to do a few careful treatments with our carpet because it’s wool and Joe took perfect care of our carpets throughout the house. He also uses all green products and we nice enough to leave me a sample of one of the spot removers he recommends to replace the toxic one I was using. Great service. I’ll use them again and again.

I was referred to Rescue Carpet Care by a friend who was happy with how her upholstery turned out. I had cat pee problems on my couch, so I thought I’d give them a call. Joe returned my call promptly, and even though we had to play phone tag for a bit, he was always prompt in returning the calls.
Joe came and checked out my couch and apartment (for a water source) on his own time. He did not charge me anything for it. I was instantly put at ease by his sincerity and friendliness. Although he cautioned that he wasn’t sure he could remove the stain completely (as I had used other products on it already), he said he could at least make it look a lot better.
And he did. The big day came, and Joe hauled his own equipment up to my apartment and started working. He was very professional and polite the whole time, making sure not to be too intrusive. Not once did he ask me to help him move anything heavy, and even when I offered, he said he would do everything himself. If he needed access to my bathroom (to get hot water), he always asked instead of just helping himself. If he had to step outside, he always closed the door behind him. He would also warn me if the equipment was going to be loud. What a considerate guy!
I am extremely pleased with how my couch turned out. The cat pee wasn’t completely removed, but it was A LOT better. Thanks, Joe! =)
