Seabreeze Café has a great selection and fresh ingredients. Soup, salad & sandwiches with an Italian influence. In the summer months, Wednesday & Friday bar-b-que is quite tasty… especially the burgers and sausages. Lasagna is always yummy, too. Very friendly atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed.

Really good deli and homemade style daily dishes! Seabreeze is like a lunch oasis by the bay. Good food and good people running it. I recommend the lasagna, fusilli with pesto chicken and the BBQ. Stop in and you’ll be greeted by a warm smile from Ivan the owner. Cheers!

I’ve been coming to Seabreeze for lunch for a few years now, and it’s consistently great. The sandwiches are tasty and the owner is extremely friendly. I particularly like the Saporito, except on Fridays when they roll out the bbq and I get myself a cheeseburger. I highly recommend this spot!

This is my go to for lunch at least twice a week. Ivan is the owner and is always providing some great specials that are tasty and fresh. The specials are always homemade Italian classics as well! This is a great deli that has many good choices for lunch and breakfast… Ivan is always there to offer up some good conversation and gives it a nice down home feel.

What would we do without Ivan? Our team loves Seabreeze for the great service and consistently good food. Sandwiches are excellent as are the soups, salads, and BBQ items. I have called ahead with a complicated order many times and Ivan always gets it right. My personal favorite is the Turkey-Avocado Focaccia sandwich which I eat at least twice per month!

As far as corporate cafes go, this place is amazing. The sandwiches are great and the specials are good most days. If you work in the area or are nearby, it’s definitely worth a trip to check out. Ivan and Cari are both nice and friendly, and eating outside in front of Anza lagoon is wonderfully pleasant.

Do try the Turkey avocado focaccia with a side of chatting with Ivan. Also bbq on Wed and Fri featuring garden burger(the first good veggie burger I’ve had) and bbq chicken.

Great fresh, daily-made food and excellent service. This gem is hidden away on the ground floor of an office building, but has very comfortable seating indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend the barbeque every Friday!

The Sea Breeze Café is the perfect spot to grab a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich for your morning break. Even better than breakfast is the wide variety on the lunch menu. Ivan does a great job with preparing fresh food daily which includes homemade fresh bread right out of the oven. His meatloaf is a must and Cari does a great job with the barbecue on Wednesdays. It is always a treat to stop by for a chat with these two men over a cup of tea!

Every morning I go into the Seabreeze Café and gaze longingly at Ivan’s delicious pastries and am thankful that in the event I fall off the wagon, those pastries will be there… lol. Ivan’s espresso drinks are better than the commercial coffee houses out there and his sandwiches and entrees? AMAZING. I like that fact that his ingredients are fresh and entrees are«home made» and made that day! Thanks Ivan! You KNOW I’ll be BACK!

Reviews rarely come from my side. I had to review Seabreeze Café though. I rarely come across a place having such a diverse variety of sandwiches to offer. Ivan and co. take really good care of their customers. For those who think this place might dent their wallet, you are thinking wrong. The place is not exorbitant at all for the exquisite quality of food provided. Awesome job Ivan. Keep it up buddy.

We(2 coworkers and I) were at a conference at the Embassy Suites and learned that this place was nearby. We were tired from our trip and anxious for a nice lunch before the conference began. Also, it was my birthday. So, where do I begin? The first thing we noticed was the crusty salt and pepper shakers. We were sitting outside so thought perhaps they were crusty due to the dusty outside air. Then I got my salad. It had a half a fly in it! I told the server who simply laughed at me and said, «We wash our salad every day. It must have flown in there.» How can a half a fly fly into a salad? And what does that even mean«we wash our salad?» So, I’m thoroughly grossed out wondering if I ate the other half of fly, or if it might be in someone else’s salad. I probably would have been okay if he had offered me something else, but he instead laughed at me! My coworkers were also thoroughly unimpressed. One coworker said the bread on her sandwich was stale. The other couldn’t eat her meal after 1) seeing my fly salad and 2) watching the sandwich making guy make sandwiches after not washing his hands after a smoke break. Did I mention it was my birthday? We attend conference in Burlingame every year. I can guarantee we will never go to Seabreeze Café again and will we not recommend it to other conference attendees. Sincerely, The Birthday Girl with the Fly Salad

Came for the clam chowder. Wasn’t too good. Funky little place. The highlight of my dining experience was looking at the intersection, a four way stop that seems like everyone passing through has severe road rage, seeing how many people honk at each other and waiting for someone to crash.

In terms of corporate office cafes, Seabreeze is one of the best ones out there. The owner is SUPER friendly and has a great knack for remembering names. Ingredients are really fresh and the sandwich combos are good. He makes a homemade-from-scratch soup every day and on certain days he does a great bbq. Pricing is awesome and the sandwiches are very well made!
