Secret of Medusa

Walked curious about hair extensions and was welcomed in by Tima. She took the time to show all sorts of different lengths and colors and even curled my hair to show me how to blend in the extensions! The extensions are really high quality and blend amazingly well! My fiancé was skeptical at first but I wore them curled last night and he couldn’t stop commenting on how volumnous, pretty, and natural they looked! Tima took the time to answer all my questions and try lots of styles and was even welcoming about returning with my extensions to practice putting them in! Thank you Tima!

I walked by this store without knowing that it was a new add to the neighborhood — such a fantastic find! Until that moment, I had only been able to find places that sell hair expensive extensions in plastic bags with questionable quality and sourcing. When I walked into this beautiful salon, I knew this was going to be a great experience. First, they know their stuff there! They are so helpful and patient and did everything they could to help me find a perfect match for my unique blonde hair color — the photo they have up for Unilocal right now is me :). They educated me on the differences among their hair types and described the quality of their hair products (Remy, etc.). I bought these for my wedding but have already worn them a few times and have gotten countless compliments! After seeing my extensions, my hair stylist is going to switch from what he currently orders for his clients to these! Bonus — their website is beautiful too! if you are thinking of getting extensions, please do yourself a favor and don’t try to go to those other places just to save a few dollars. These are high quality and gorgeous and if you take care of them will last for a long time. Secret of Medusa is fantastic!

This place is everything I have been searching for in First rate quality hair extensions! From the moment I walked through the door I was treated like royalty. This first class Boutique Salon for hair extensions far exceeded my expectations in Quality as well as Exceptional customer service. knowledgeable, caring and very customer focused. I was like a kid in a candy store, I couldn’t stop touching the hair! I purchased the straight weft hair, which has the flattest weft I have ever seen and no short hairs! 2 ounces felt like 4 and was full to the tips. The body wave clip in’s were so full and bouncy and the flat wefts makes it Oh So comfortable to wear. I took this hair back to the Salon and put it to the torture test. I shampooed it, colored it, cut it, permed it, flat ironed it, curled it and it still looks good. You will not be disappointed! Jenny, Eric and the rest of the staff at Secret of Medusa, I’ve found a new love!

This is hands down the BEST place for hair extensions. I had such a great experience working with Tima and Jennie to find new clip in extensions. They were beyond helpful. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to check out the new location on Burlingame Ave, and the girls tried on different lengths and matched my hair color perfectly! I came back the next day to purchase and they were so accommodating — even straightened my hair and steamed the extensions and put them in for me so I could leave feeling fab. Definitely recommend Secret of Medusa to anyone looking for clip ins or professional hair extensions. Amazing experience, all staff helped me immediately, catered to my specific needs and matched the hair extensions perfectly to my hair. Hair is a grade quality and definitely doesn’t feel like synthetic or unrealistic hair I defiantly will reccomend to all my friends who also wear extensions. Will definately be using medusa hair for myself and my clients.

This was an amazing experience! Jenny and Sue were very knowledgable with the colors and quality of the extensions. I love that I could chose between body wave or strait hair as well. Definitely my goto place when ordering for my extention clients.

Wowed me with their educational service and I got the latest longest 18 extra inches of cuticles intact real human hair all done at home!!! Ashley was so caring and thoughtful.
