***CM With Meghan*** I was lucky enough to get Meghan for my custom makeover. She really listened to me about my concerns & dis/likes for certain products. She did my makeup for NYE& my only requirement was she give me full coverage as I have blemishes & pigmentation & boy did she deliver! I let her know I’m not afraid of color & I love the«wow factor» & sparkles. She took that & ran. She took her time & did not rush. I didn’t have to touch up all night! I can’t say enough good things about Meghan. She was super sweet, very knowledgeable about the products she used on me, answered my questions & addressed my concerns. She is indeed a master in her craft!!! Thank You Meghan!

It’s a nice location smaller than most but I like the feel of it better than a Costco size Sephora. The reason I’m only giving 3 starts is because they never give samples. If you ask they give you 1. When you order online they let you pick 3 samples. It’s not the biggest deal but I find it annoying. DONTBESOSTINGYGUYS

I work in customer service. I am also a makeup artist, so to have such disrespect from this location will prevent me from coming back. I rather drive to the city or go to Stonestown to go to Sephora. I do not like using the word«hate» but I hated this location and the service. It was a busy Sunday and I totally understand when the consultants are busy but that doesn’t give them the right to just dust me off their shoulders. I had asked a girl who I thought was gorgeous and looked really friendly for help on a foundation, although I am an artist I also love getting feedback from other people. When I asked her between two foundations she didn’t even give me advice. She just said what works for her and not even giving other brands a try. What I had noticed also was that they will up sell you the more expensive product without an explanation. I do not appreciate that. She was speaking to me very monotone, not even with a little smile on her pretty face. Then I tried asking another girl and she was sweet but also didn’t bother helping me more than just her own opinion. I myself am not one to hate on other people. But for such a beautiful person can be so ugly if their personality is sh! t. I totally understand being busy but I was the only person who was in that area and asked for genuine help… Point blank is a pretty face isn’t always a pretty soul. Makeup only covers what we don’t see. Real sh! t. Won’t ever be back.

I should have figured it was going to be a horrible shopping experience as soon as I walked in. 1. My friend and I weren’t greeted, we actually had to greet the employees. Yes honey, it would be polite for you to say hi when you’ve been staring at us so hard for the first few minutes into the store. 2. I asked for the Anastasia cream contour in medium, but was handed the powder in light to medium. UH? 3. The cashier was garbage. The entire time throughout the transaction she said hi then did not bother to strike up a conversation SHEJUSTSTAREDATME. Then I had to tell HER that I had a beauty insider card, like BITCHWHAT? Isn’t that part of your whole customer service training? TOASKPEOPLEIFTHEYREPARTOFYOURWHATEVERPROGRAM? I tried to get her name, but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. She was the orange haired 5ft petite old lady. Yes sweetie, if you read this… You applied too much bronzer. If this job is your career, I feel bad for you and for the people who ask YOU for make up advice. OHANDLETMEADD, this same lady continued to tell me «check your email check your email check your email» LIKEOK. I just asked you once for my birthday gift thing, and you told me to wait next year. Like what? My birthday was like a week ago, and you’re telling me to wait next year. SEPHORAGETRIDOFTHISGIRL. Ugh, I’ll stick to my local Sephora. This Sephora was shit. Gave them 2 stars for them having the Becca x Jacklyn Hill Champagne pop.

I like this Sephora even though it’s smaller than other locations. I went to the Sephora at Westfield Valley Fair two times last month to try to redeem my free birthday gift but the gift was out of stock both times. I went to the Sephora on Burlingame Ave last night and the free birthday gift was in stock!!! I was so happy and excited! Also, there was no line for the cashier when I visited the store and the cashier was super sweet and friendly. She gave me a couple free samples too. :) Just make sure you bring some quarters for the parking meter if you come during a time when parking isn’t free!

I’m going to keep giving the 5 stars! VIB + VIBROUGES go to this location! Yes it’s not as big as other Sephora’s but the associates make you feel welcome! I had an excellent experience with a return and the cashier was cheery and held a great convo about Kat Von D products. I might have had to travel to get here and park, but it’s worth the service and smiles here!
