Richard did a great job in fixing a laptop on very short notice. Great communication over the phone to do a preliminary assessment to explain the likely course (s) of action, timeframe and cost. He did the work needed as well as some extra things to prevent recurrence of the problem, on-time and at the agreed-upon (and reasonable) price.

Our company moved and we hired Richard to do our IT move and set up from server to laptops to desktops. What a wonder! Everything was working when we got to work on Monday. We have now hired him to come in monthly and he responds quickly to emergencies. We have had terrible experiences with previous IT companies where we had signed contract for monthly services and they send the least experience for the most difficult situations. Thanks Richard!

Can I just tell you… I was ready to throw my desktop through the window. It was literally 8 minutes from the time I hit the ON button until the stupid thing would recognize the click of a mouse. There was all sorts of stuff going on in my machine that I had nothing to do with…
This wizard came by for a couple of hours, cleaned out my hard drive, set up a wireless router and I don’t have to buy a new computer anymore. He saved me a bunch of money and a bunch of time. I am the end user of all end users… there is no way I could tell you what he did… all I can tell you is that in the end it works and I appreciate it. Before you throw your old computer away, call Richard… but be forewarned, he’ll charge you double to clean up after the GeekSquad.
