Up in WA for my brothers birthday and came in in search of a present. I was approached by one of the managers who was very professional and friendly. Not too sure what his name was, maybe Bryan? Either way my brother was super stoked about what I got him which the manager helped pick out. Definitely coming back when I’m in town again.

I’ve never been a big fan of Big 5. I’ve always gotten mediocre customer service and been unimpressed. This past week I was forced to stop by for a very specific product. I was helped by a nice man named Bryan, who was polite and very knowledgable. I highly recommend this location, and if you need help, ask for Bryan.
