Pizza Factory

Ordered our dinner to go (lg pizza) and while waiting for it, watched one pizza cook show an employee how to run the touch screen on the register (never removing his gloves), then just moments later the other pizza cook came to the counter and made change for a kid for the video games.(without removing his gloves) then went right back to putting toppings on our pizza. Needless to say for not wanting to create a scene, we opted to throw the pizza in the dumpster. :-(

I enjoyed their pizza bread. But their pasta was so bland I couldn’t finish it. There is not enough sauce in the baked spaghetti and no flavor in the chicken Alfredo. That was my first time. I want to try a pizza but the reviews on that say the same thing. So this was a miss for me and my family

HANDS DOWN, MY FAVORITE PIZZA. WE DISCOVERED THEM WHEN VISITING PORT TOWNSEND & BECAME DEVOTED TO THEM WHEN WE FOUND ONE NEAR HOME!
We live in Sedro Woolley which is more towards the foothills in relation to Burlington, and we literally drive into the Burlington Pizza Factory to get our favorite pies (our go-​to /​usual order is a pepperoni + pineapple –the sweet of the pineapple with spice of pepperoni is crazy good– then a half cheese + half olive/​mushroom; their plain cheese is ridiculously good, so good it’ll remind you of why you always wanted «plain cheese» as a kid). Point being we drive into another town for this stuff because they’re that good and we don’t care that they don’t deliver out here. it’s worth it.

I digress. We ordered a large canadian bacon with pineapple and black olives. It sure smelled good, wasn’t sure if it was going to make it back in one piece.
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor of our pizza. Good amount of toppings, sauce and cheese.
We will most likely come try the buffet while still in the area.

We ordered a veggie special tonight with pepperoni added. Very boring pizza. I don’t think they’ve heard of oregano, or garlic or anything flavorful like that. On advice of a Unilocal review we ordered our delivery pizza with just half the sauce, which was a good call, but we won’t do this again. They get two stars instead of one because though the pizza wasn’t good overall, the crust was quite yummy! I’m a thin crust fan but their thick crust is really good. Just wish they’d done better with the toppings.

Great place to watch Hawk games if you have kids, which we do. Small playroom and arcade. Good service nice salad bar.

Best bread sticks ever! They also have an awesome salad bar that is always fresh. Depending on how hungry you are you can purchase during lunch the all you can get pizza and salad for a great deal.

Before I reviewed pizza factory as a 4 star but recently I went there with my girlfriend and there was a 2 inch black hair I pulled out of my cinnamon stick and to make it worse there was a smaller blonde hair in her pizza. Kinda grossed us out but besides that recent experience, I usually really enjoy pizza factory.

Got a pepperoni pizza — quick — nice and has a place for the kids to play while we wait. Kind of awesome!

I have ordered from here MANY times and they always get it right. They are SUPER friendly on the phone and make sure to get you the best deal with current coupons available.

Love the pizza and full salad bar, normally don’t see salad bars with this kind of great quality. Great arcade for your kids, I even like it. Normally 4 pizzas to choose from. Great pizza best quality in town.

This is a great place to bring kids, as there is an arcade room and constantly running television.
The pizza here is about the best in town, though we usually ask them to go light on the sauce. Otherwise, it can overpower the other flavors. Very good dough.
The price is very good.

Honestly really good pizza, and when contrasted with their prices, probably one of the best values around. The real stars here are the lunch and dinner buffets., and don’t miss the simple little gem that is their salad bar. It is fresh!

Very nice friendly staff but honestly I was not impressed with the pizza it was just okay, the Buffett would be worth it if you have kids who likes the ordinary cheese ir peperoni but I don’t think the pizza is anything I’ll be craving anytime soon.

OK when you have a 10 year old son, pizza is a staple food, or at least he would like it to be. This is great for the buffet because they have salad and pizza for cheap. Even as an adult though I will say the cheese pizza is by far their best, the rest are just the same as you get about anywhere else.

Best thing about this place is the amazing Rancheesy pizza. I love it. Usually hit it up about once a month for the lunch pizza buffet. Usually pretty busy then. It also has a decent salad bar.

I love Pizza Factory. Sometimes I have these horrible, insatiable cravings for PF breadsticks that nothing but the original can cure. I try to grab a small sticks whenever I am up in the Valley to visit my family/​friends. Their pizzas are delicious, toppings are always fresh, and the salad bar is just tops. Pizza crust is nice and chewy, but not too soft, just perfect if you ask me. Try a Seahawk or a Tiger, they’re a bit pricey, but well worth it if you’re a meat-​lover or like a good combo. They also have pretty decent dinner specials throughout the year, and a great all you can eat pizza buffet that I think runs 7 days a week (maybe not sundays) They have great sandwiches, great pizza, great salads, everything is tops.
I worked here in high school so I can attest to the commitment the owners put into this business. Ken and Denise live and breathe their business and it shows. Denise takes pride in keeping the place clean, comfortable and friendly, and Ken can almost always be found in the store. They’ve taken the time and money to convert what used to be the party room into a great little arcade room to keep the kids busy and out of your hair, and they have a big screen that always features a good game!
Bottomline is they are just the best in Skagit County. I only wish we had a PF here in Seattle, or maybe one that was closer than Arlington, or a ferry ride away :(

I ate here a little while back after a weekend in the San Juans. I was with a group of about 12 other people and they accommodated us amazingly. The food was great and the staff was more than happy to make sure we were doing well. They have an awesome selection of micro brews and you can build your own pizza, any way you like it. An awesome place to eat in Burlington.
