The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of Chick’s reputation. This restaurant is below the standard of most of their restaurants. I don’t know where the other reviewers meet friendly staff because they have always been rude to me and my wife so we quit going to this restaurant. It can be messy during the busy hours with tables not being cleaned and if you ask for a table to be cleaned you get a scowl from the employee. The salad lettuce usually has a lot of brown edges and the other veggie’s do not look fresh. The chicken is usually over cooked and tough. The restrooms are not very clean. I think who ever is managing this restaurant should look for another line of work. Customer satisfaction is paramount in the fast food business and he does seem to care. After about 10 visits we decided to never go back to this location because the Chick-fil-A at exit 141 Huffman Mill Rd is far superior.

Hours of 8 to 8 today? I am sure the open McDonalds next door is appreciating the extra business.

Typical Chick-fil-a, which is a good thing IMO. I wouldn’t recommend the grilled chicken sandwich, but everything else is very good for fast food. Great play area for kids. Easy access and plenty of parking. Everyone is very nice and the staff will come out to serve you, which is unusual for a fast food place.

Friendly service as always. Clean restrooms, clean restaurant. My order was taken quickly and done correctly. I love that they will deliver it to your table so you don’t mill around the counter waiting for it to be ready. I also love that don’t charge you for sauces. No nitpicking why I want honey mustard for my hash browns. They just smile and hand me one. Oh Chick Fil– A, why do I always crave you on Sundays?

These people are so nice. Stopped for lunch with my two little girls. They had disposable plastic placemats, which is very helpful. Dining room attendant asked me «you doing ok, young man?»

I don’t know what all the hype is about. been there done that. whatever. i know people that rave about this place but as far as fast food goes it’s in-n-out and all the rest can kiss my booty.

On two recent trips to DC, I’ve stopped in here to grab a quick lunch. While the employees are very friendly — obviously the case at all Chic-fil-A’s — I’ve had issues both times with my orders. The first visit, I ordered the 8 piece nugget meal with fries. The nuggets were hot & big in size; however, the fries were very soggy & just warm. On the second visit, I ordered the 8 piece nuggets, but asked for cole slaw instead of the fries. When I drove away & dug into the bag, I realized I got the fries. :(Again, the nuggets were great. While the fries were hot, they were just OK. Getting in & out is pretty quick. This location is in a busy shopping area, which is perfect for their business.

Very good food at a good price. I just wish they had more registers open and that I didn’t have to be considered 2nd priority behind people getting drink refills.

The newest Chick-fil-A in Burlington, this one replaces the Holly Hill Mall location. Located right behind McDonald’s in the University Commons center(Target, Best Buy, etc.) Right off Interstates 85⁄40 at the #140EXIT. Friendly staff, play place for the kids… as Tim Hawkins sang… «Chick-fil-A… I could eat there seven times a daaaaay.»
