Chelsea consistently gives excellent men’s haircuts. Have been to a couple places in Greensboro, but ultimately became a full-time customer here for repeatedly solid cuts. My only issue is that often times my cut wouldn’t start for 15 – 20 mins after my scheduled appointment time. I understand some clients take longer than expected, so I just try not to schedule my appointments when I’m on a tight schedule that day. Overall highly recommended!

I am not one to write a review unless the service experience was amazing. That being said, I felt it necessary to share my opinion about my services that I have experienced at Fire Salon and Spa. You should know that I have been a client for five years and have received at least one service a month for five years. That’s a total of over 60 salon and spa services! The entire staff(Guest Services, Stylists, Massage Therapists, and Estheticians) are courteous, kind hearted, and masters at their craft. I have never experienced a better hair cut, massage or facial. Out of the 60+ appointments that I have had, only one had to be rescheduled due to the stylist being sick. Life happens and people get sick so how can I be upset about that? I travel for work and my schedule is complicated and I am constantly having to adjust my appointments. The staff has always been willing to accommodate my needs. They are truly the best salon and spa around.

I’m from Burlington and have been going to this salon ever since they opened. I moved away and would continue to come get my hair done here whenever I was in town. I’m getting married and made an appointment three weeks in advance to come get my hair done here on the day of my bridal shower, the one day I was in town. The woman that made my appointment told me a different time than my appointment actually was and never took down my telephone number. So when I showed up on the day of they said I was too late and that it was their fault for not calling me, however there was nothing they could do so too bad, sorry and have a nice day. I think this is such a shitty way to treat someone who made an appointment three weeks in advance for a special occasion. Congrats on losing my business and I’ve told everyone that came to my shower exactly what happened.
