Staffers violate the same library rules to which patrons are expected to adhere, including no use of personal phones.(See photo for direct evidence.) We’ll see whether library officials decide to crack down on scofflaw staffers — or cowardly file a complaint with Unilocal about this critical review.(That wouldn’t be the first time.)

I’m very excited to have this as my new hometown library! User-friendly layout and helpful staff. Getting a library card was simple, as was using a computer to print some stuff. They have one of the most extensive and kid-accessible children’s sections I’ve ever encountered in a library, with lots of cool local history stuff too. You can even borrow tools! I’m looking forward to spending a lot of time here.

This is where I started reading. How can I give them less than five stars when my mom used to take me here for story hour, and they got me through all of my pre-Internet research papers, and they me use their conference rooms for all sorts of things without really asking many questions. Great architecture and design too, and there is even a special section dedicated to Richard Brautigan who wrote Trout Fishing in America, although I have no idea what the connection to him is. Scratch that, I just looked it up and apparently the FFL is the official home of the Brautigan Library. Who knew? If it wasn’t for the Fletcher Free, I might not have even known how to look that up.
