Horrible company and extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company if you want your stuff to show up on time and have anyone keep you in the loop on anything. Anytime we called for updates they claimed they were trying to contact the driver, but were unable to get answers. Then they scheduled us for a 10am delivery, we call them at 11:30 to find out the truck is still several states away.
To try to make us feel better about the situation they have John Diamond (Manager of some sort) call to tell us it will be here tomorrow. He had no answers to any questions, no sympathy and was pretty much useless.
Hilldrup Moving and Storage may have good rates, but you get what you pay for and that is an unprofessional company that does not care about its customers

Horrible on so many levels I don’t know where to begin. First they took FOREVER to deliver our furniture stating «It’s the busiest time of the year». It took literally weeks.
Many of our things were banged up and damaged and when I complained they said «you have a $ 1000 insurance deductible «. So in order for them to reimburse us we had to eat the first 1K, so it really didn’t make sense to file.
Lastly they stole some of our belongings. They admitted to one thing and reimbursed me for it. During the course of the last year we began noticing that some things were missing. Some jewelry, some tools etc. Not big things per se but you know how you go to look for a tool you know you had, but now it’s not there?
They were the cheapest estimate I got and unfortunately you get what you pay for.
