They have the best customer services. Extremely informative and helpful. They provide samples of the coffee. I had the best experience there!

I was thrilled that Keurig opened a store close to home! I waited till after the grand opening to visit so I wouldn’t have to deal with a crowd. My first visit was wonderful. I was politely greeted as I walked in by the store manager and was told about the current sales. He left it at that… I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed and he didn’t follow me forcing info into my head like so many sales people do. He was just pleasant and let me be. I love to browse and be left alone lol. There was plenty of sales people around to answer any questions and help with merchandise. I took advantage of one of the sales that day; buy 6 cups get 6 free. I only ended up paying about $ 6 for 12 kcups. They took my email and mailed me coupons so those will come in handy. I absolutely LOVE the wall full of all different kinds of kcups so you can mix and match flavors. It makes it interesting so you don’t have to buy a box of only one flavor. I got to pick anything from teas to special coffee blends. I swear this is my new favorite store! You may end up paying the same price you would online, but when you buy online, you’re also payed for shipping costs. I’ll stick with the store and its only about a 20 minute ride from home.

I love my Keurig coffeemaker. I am on my second K-cup machine, and my wife and I both greatly enjoy the coffee that it makes. However, it is a bit expensive. Even when we buy the K-cups online in bulk, it costs about 50 cents per cup. I went to the new Keurig brick-and-mortar store this weekend, during their grand opening, and was hoping to be ‘wowed’ — either by getting some free stuff, or by being able to sample some flavors that I’d never tried. No to both. There is nothing you can get or see in the store that you can’t get cheaper online. If you don’t currently have a Keurig, then I guess the store is a good place to see 3-D examples of their retail line. But if you already own a Keurig, then there really is no point to going to the store.
