I had a disappointing experience here. I had a pair of shoes (new balance kids sneakers) which I had bought on
and they happened to fall apart within a few weeks of wearing (while still looking quite new). I didn’t have chance to bring them to the store for a few month. When I did, I was given the talk about «policy» not allowing returns after 60 days. Now I’m not sure if it’s really the company policy to not care about what happens to the product they sell after 60 days have passed, or if Michael just misunderstood the policy, or they were just making excuses (they even tried to deny that they sold them until I dug up the internet receipt). To me it would make much more sense for a retailer that lives on its brand name to stand behind what they sell.
