So not sure how much I can help since I only was in the store for maybe 15 minutes, but I had the absolute best experience. A friend recently got me a watch that was two links too big; I went to the store to get the links taken out. I walked in and the two girls there were incredibly welcoming and eager to help. They took a look at the watch and the links were out and the watch was back on my wrist in what seemed like 5 minutes. Super quick, super efficient. I talked to them a bit after too just about random stuff, not even the store. Very very nice!

My experience has been pretty horrible with Michael Kors. It started back in January ’13 when I bought my purse. The service was good and the sales girl even sent us a card saying thank you for the purchase. At that moment, I was pretty impressed. I didn’t use my bag for the first month or two I had it because I did pay $ 400 for it. Then I used it as my everyday bag up until October when I noticed a rip in it. My purse is suede and has no inner lining or any sort of support that would really stop this from happening. I did not have time to go to the store until December when I spoke to one of the managers who said I had done this to my own bag. What sensible person doesn’t take care of a $ 400 bag??! Anyway, she said that it was irreparable and would only give $ 200 in store credit for this. She told me she was not going to speak to her district manager because even they would not offer me anything for my bag. I told her I would think about it and come back and took her card and name. Meanwhile, I decided to talk to someone with their customer service dept. I spoke to Lynn. I emailed her the pictures and my receipt like she had asked. I GOTNOANSWER! I emailed them again, and again no answer. Finally, I spent about 2 hours trying to call them on my day off. First they said Lynn was the manager and was on her lunch break. I gave her an hour to call me back. Still nothing. Who gets more than a 30 minute lunch break these days? I call and they said they’d give her the message. She finally calls me back and says she would email a form for me to fill out. Now I had read reviews about this: you fill out the form, send them your bag, and they tell you how much $$$ they’d give you for it. BUT, there were several people that were told they would be getting credit for their bags and never received it. And also, you had to sign to say that you knew you would not be receiving your bag back. I just didn’t trust it. My purse was in good condition other than this rip. I went back to the store a month later and spoke to a different manager who was a lot sweeter. She knew I had spoken to the other manager before. This manager actually got on the phone with her district manager and said that she would see if they could repair it. If they did not repair it to my liking, I could get my money back or get a new bag. They repaired my bag but it came out terrible. It really looked better ripped. She asked«So what do you want to do?» I told her I wanted a refund because at the moment I was very hesitant to buy anything. She was not happy of course and I could see that she was irritated. Her attitude completely changed. But what is a customer to do when a bag does not even last a year? Even my bags from unknown brands held up better than this one did. I got my refund and I really doubt I will get another MK bag after all this hassle. I don’t think this company is ideal to work with if you have a problem with your purchase. This situation has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anger. I’m sad to say they have lost my business.

I have purchased many a Michael Kors bag for my wife at the Burlington mall store and I have never had a problem dealing with the staff until I called them today. The guy who works there during the day on Mondays at 2:30(I think his name was Craig) is a dope. He isn’t familiar with their products, what they have in stock or the varieties of colors they carry. I suggest going to the Chestnut Hill mall instead because I called them immediately after hanging up with the Burlington Mall store the staff person I spoke to(Adriana) was knowledgeable, professional and knew the product line inside and out.

I also received snooty poor service at this store. I think they ignore you if they guess you aren’t going to buy. Joke is on them because I happen to have weakness for expensive bags but don’t feel the need to dress up to go shopping at the mall. They lost a sale.

So I walk into Michael Kors with no intentions of really buying, I just wanted to look at the watches. Then this girl with the most gorgeous accent walks up, opens the watch case and says«feel free to try anything on»! Sold! She let me try on like five watches and gave me her honest opinion on all of them. The entire time I felt no pressure to buy but her oh so charming Aussie accent forced me to spend some major $$ that day. I would definitely shop here again.

Don’t know what the previous reviewer is talking about. The customer service was great, and the selection of purses was excellent. They have great shoes too!
