Love the unique styles in this store!!! Truly the best shopping experience!

The employees at this particular Free People are the nicest, most helpful, attentive, happy people I have ever encountered at a Free People shop. I live in Norwood and purposely drive right past the Dedham and Natick Free People just to trek all the way up to Burlington to this store. I’m always greeted, asked if I’m looking for anything in particular, then left to shop on my own. But every time I have ever asked for help or an opinion or any kind of assistance, the girls are right there with a smile and an eagerness to help out. They never tire of my questions, even when I’ve been in the store for an hour. It doesn’t matter to them if you’re buying a $ 300 jacket or a $ 20 sale top. And well, the clothes themselves… just absolutely gorgeous.
I walk out feeling happy with my purchases, and looking forward to the next time I visit the awesome staff at the Burlington Free People!

I love Free People, but this particular store is usually where I go. Recently I feel like they’ve been carrying more and more styles I like, and the décor is very lush.
I’m not sure what Catie C was expecting. It sounds as if she didn’t even want to be in the store in the first place… I mean, if I *want* to browse or shop somewhere I am going to do it, even if not a single clerk greets me or offers to help me without prompting. Because you do realize that if you go up to an employee and ask them to help you, they will, right?
You may think that the world revolves around you, because you’re special and clearly deserve the treatment you expect, but if you were offended by the fact that no one greeted you then you were probably *looking* for something to be maligned by in the first place, so that you could tell the internet about it later.
Anyway, last time I was here a very lovely girl in hallowe’en stockings spent some time helping me buy way too many pretty clothes. And I didn’t even have to ask her to.

I can never find anything that I like (or can afford) but the help is friendly and it’s interesting to see the new «fashions.»

So i went to go directly into the sale section. Not even a greeting what so ever by any associate along the way. I browsed for less than a minute and headed back out — not a farewell given. Enough said about the basic etiquette.
