Kimball Towers

The rules must be enforced more often. I often see dog poop and boxes in the trash room and not in the recycling bin. The staff could also be better.
This apartment has an «assigned» indoor parking garage which we pay extra every month on top of the ridculous rent. The assigned really means nothing. One time, I came back from a 3 day trip and ready to hit the bed when I encountered another vehicle parked in my spot. I was frustrated but it was late and I let it go by circling the very limited parking spots we have and eventually just parked at a non parkable spot. Next morning, I go down to the office and brought the situation up with the office manager and she said she will take care of it immediately. I come back from work and still find the vehicle in my spot. I went back to the office and complained again but she (the office manager) tells me to park somewhere else cause they do not like to tow other residents vehicles from the garage??? Not even an apology from her!!! After a conversation, she promises that the vehicle will be towed if it’s still there in the morning. Next day comes and the vehicle is still THERE!!! I told her I want the vehicle towed by the time I come back from work. I come back after a long day and AGAIN the vehicle is still there and not towed away. I go back to the office and she suggests I park at another spot and talks in a tone that she’s not at fault. Why do we have «assigned» spots if anyone can just park there? I pay for my SPOT!!! I don’t just go into anybody’s apartment and start living there cause that’s not my apartment.
The mangement is the worst of this apartment. They can’t enforce anything. Also, the quality of people living here can be improved.
Stop leaving boxes in the trash room. We have downstairs recycling bin for a DAMN reason!
The upside is that the maintenance person, Freddie is the BEST!!! He is polite and understanding.

Great place to stay! Indoor parking, fitness center, friendly staff. The rent here is a bit steep, the only reason to give a 4 star rating. One of the best places to be living in Burlington/​Woburn area.

Kimball Towers (not to be confused with Kimball Court) is a great place to live. Location is ideal, my apartment layout is fantastic (and modern), it’s quiet, it’s clean, and the mangement staff is super friendly and helpful (and available 7 days a week). Two thumbs up!

Rent increased $ 125 after 10 months !!!
Leasing staff is not genuinely friendly — seem to be pretentious.
The rules & policies are not enforced (e.g. no smoking allowed on premises; no shopping carts; dumping trash in the trash rooms — supposed to put in the dumpsters; parking garage gates frequently not working; etc.).
Units and grounds are nice though.
Garage parking is a must !
