Macy’s

This macy’s doesn’t really have much of options and they don’t have big selections on certain areas.
The employees are OK. The frangrance and cosmetics employees of macy’s are much nicer.
There’s a mac girl, who used to be a manager at the sephora store and she was just amazing and recommendations! Forgot her name. Hope she gets recognized for great customer service

It’s a must whenever I’m at the Burlington outlets, there’s always deal galore.
Today 10% using your Macy’s card.
Personally, I love parking by the men’s entrance on the eastern side, less busier access.
Not as busy as other’s, nicer than the Bellingham one in my humble opinion.

Okay I’ve gone 3 times in the past 5 weeks to the same counter in the juniors section. I most say the first 2 visits were horrible! The ladies were so rude and I have a feeling it’s bcuz I was looking at the Miss Me Jeans, and I was in workout clothes so they assumed I could afford them. Funny thing is I make over double there pay on my own, but who’s to judge. I went back a second time to exchange for a smaller size a week later and they lady tried telling me, and arguing with me that the jeans had sold out. But when I went to the rack the first pair I grab is the same style and correct size. It was funny to see her face when I was right. When I returned a third time though it was a younger girl this time, and she was so nice and helpful.

Had a spray on bedliner installed on our new truck in Burlington. Since it was a four hour job, we went shopping. We started at Costco, went to the outlet mall and ended at Macy’s before returning to pick up our truck. Macy’s is divided in two stores. Being a visitor, I was unaware of this. While my husband was having a cup of coffee, I went back into the store and couldn’t find the items that I wanted. After going around the entire
store, Kim approached me and asked if I wanted help. She was such a sweetheart that she took me back to the mall entrance to send me on my way to the other part of the store. There were several other clerks that were helpful in my purchase. It was wonderful to have interaction with so many really friendly staff. Good job Macys!

I just threw out a stack of «Macy’s Star Rewards Passes». Two were for $ 10 off a $ 30 purchase. One was a coupon for $ 25 off a purchase of $ 100 and two were for 20% off «A wide selection of items throughout the store.» As I was doing that, I realized that I hadn’t shopped at Macy’s at all this Christmas, which is quite a change from the past. The reason? Extreme annoyance. Turn over one of those «passes» and review, if you have time, all the exclusions. Every single time, literally without fail, that I try to use one of those, the item I want to use it for is excluded. Last time I tried to use it for a women’s clothing purchase. When she told me that my item was excluded, I pointed to item after item and asked if I could use it for any of those. The answer was no to all. Finally, in frustration, I asked, «so what can I use it for» and her answer was that the only thing she could think of right off hand was clearance items. I would rather not even get those things in the mail than get them and then have most everything excluded. I have pretty much stopped shopping there altogether because of this.
