Comparing this place to other McDonald’s locations, the service is slow and the employees are not very friendly. Several times I’ve been here and there seems to always be confusion amongst the employees behind the counter. If you are wanting McDonalds and you have a choice, I would go to the other franchise on Nevit Rd in Burlington.

Stopped in again. We’ve overlooked the unfriendly service in the past, due to the variety and quality of food. We were seated, we then proceeded to the buffet line. Upon our return to our table the waitress came by asking what we would like to drink. And she smiled! She stopped at the table often to pick up plates and check on our beverages and smiled each time. Keep up the good work.

If only I could give a negative star rating. The staff certainly is friendly and polite but if someone orders a medium fry and pays for a medium fry they should oh I don’t know get a medium fry. What I got was a small thrown in a medium box not only that but being that the fries were tossed in the bag from across the kitchen all the fries were in the bottom of the bag. I’m not even convinced they were cooked that week they were pretty bad.

Went here at 3 am. Noone else was here yet it took 23 minutes for my order to be completed. And they STILL got it wrong. Fries were soggy. And burgers were luke warm. First time back in a year, and this ruined it.

I’d give it none if I could. I literally got off the freeway on my way home just to get my wife(at home) and I ice cream. I miss ordered an item that another restaurant had which was my bad but the response I got made me want to burn the place to the ground. The women voice that came through the speaker said«unless you plan on getting something from McDonalds, then you can just get out of here. She was extremely rude and condescending. I was so frustrated that I just left and have pledged to never go back to that location. If I could I would have contacted the owners and demanded her dismissal as that was the lowest of lows in customer service. I don’t frequent McDonalds much and again apologize for trying to get an ice cream not offered but certainly should not be shaking with anger when I leave. Waste of time and gas. She was working the window on January 8th2014 at 11:00pm. Dark hair with black rim glasses. If I ran my business like that I would be bankrupt.

solid pit stop in this busy big box stores, by Home Depot. free wifi. like the quiet counter bar seating at the front, almost like a little corner to do work.

I went through the McDonalds drive through and bought a coffee. I sipped on my coffee all the way home and on my last gulp found… a bug :/I was/am so grossed out. I contacted McDonalds and got the most incredible responce directly from the owner. She called me personally on the phone. Sent me free coupons and reimbersed me for my meal and apologized. She even told me she would watch the video of my drive through trip and see if she/her crew could improve upon anything. Beautiful customer service. The owners name is Barb. Her customer service has made me an extremely loyal customer.
