Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Love the burgers and fries here! My 18 month old is getting the grilled cheese and a milkshake. Plenty of high chairs for little guys!

Been here several times, usually ok, but yesterday was not a good experience.
Peanuts were VERY substandard, small and kinda stale. Burger was ok, but music was much TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOUD, making it difficult to converse with friends. Asked to have the volume turned down a bit, but could not detect any change. Very annoying. A manager used to visit the tables and ask if everything was ok. Not any more.
Really, 5 Guys?
Won’t be back for a while.

If you want a Big’Ol greasy burger that will make your mouth water just thinking about it, this is the place! I swear they put crack in their patty’s (not really of course). Simple menu, burgers, fry’s, and pop. Cool vibe, in and out type deal. Always had a good experience. Not healthy, except for the soul. lol

Where do they get the peanuts from? I think they are grade outs from China!
Gross poor quality. Why would you brag about the burger then give your customers such crappy peanuts?
Makes no sense to me!

Quick Amazing food always a funny guy behind the counter making people laugh and hollering out orders. Great atmosphere to take a load off and quality food to stuff your face with! No complaints

Where to start?
The burger patties were extremely bland. I have never had a burger so flavorless in my entire life. Kraft American singles for cheese? So absolutely disgusting. Where is all this flavor everyone keeps talking about!!! The buns were mushy and squished. The fries were soggy and unseasoned. It was a catastrophic fail. My kids grilled cheese was better than our burgers. Only because you can’t really fail at grilled cheese. Get it together, kids.

Lookin’ for 2 burgers & 3:30 on a Sunday — rating a 3.5 stars, includes a ‘bonus star’ for 2 reasons: we like beef & everybody’s gotta get training sometime. 2 burgers came out tasty & accurate; malted shake was plain vanilla, & we came in after 3 – 4 other parties — all orders were called up, in rapid fire, resulting in confusion & more waiting time.
Since the last visit here: 5 G’s moved the peanuts to the front doors, away from waiting-​to-​order line & removed the chairs… not kool x2. Guess what? Some people who woulda waited in line are gonna leave!

Pluses: beef, access from Burlington Ave., lotsa parking for corner location. We’ll b back in a month!

The bacon cheeseburger was fantastic, easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time… Unfortunately the «Cajun» fries were anything but Cajun.
I spent 23 years in south Louisiana and I know Cajun, all that was was cayenne pepper and salt and too much of both, totally inedible.
One of the drink machines was malfunctioning, spraying drink all over the customers and they couldn’t put up a sign as per management…

My grandson lives out of town and he loves this place, so when I can, I meet him or take him here for a great mea. We are so full when we leave, we are waddling. Its happy, friendly, laid back, and great tasking burgers. Like old time ones. Thanks 5 Guys, we love you…

There are times in life when you need to forget about all your problems and just eat a fat, juicy, mouth watering it hurts soo bad BURGER … Well today is the day … and they keep the vibe alive !!!

They have the best and biggest order of fries !!! The Cajun are my favorite a large order with plenty enough for my party of 4 !!!
The burgers are huge and yummy !!! I would say they are kinda pricy. And they don’t have a kids menu :-(

Amazing burgers! Fast and friendly service! Awesome soda machine! What else could you ask for!?! Oh btw the fries so so good!

This place reminds me of In’n’Out, with their small/​limited menu and the way the kitchen is open, as the customer you can watch your food be made. The burgers were good sizes but the grilled cheese was small. The soda dispenser is touch screen, that was pretty cool!

I’ve been to Five Guys before where I live in California, but their service hasn’t ever come close to being as good as what I experienced at this one! I was greeted with a genuine, enthusiastic smile, my order was prepared perfectly, I saw people out in the dining room cleaning and making the customer experience great the whole time I was eating, and I even had a manager come to my table to ask if my food was great and offered to get me a drink refill.
I’m only in town because I work for another popular «fast casual» restaurant that’s coming into the area very soon. That being said, it is difficult to impress me in terms of customer service. Also, I can only hope this company is treating the employees here right, or I might have to «steal» them to come work with me!
But in all seriousness, these guys gave me a great customer experience. Well done.

The burgers and fries are some of the best in town but it’s very expensive for just a normal burger. I do like how many fries they give you though! Overall pretty good

These guys have amazing fries, huge top notch burgers and a cool waiting team. Great place to eat if your hungry and want a great burger!

Pretty good burger place, if you eat burgers. I was a bit confused by why they have peanuts… I didn’t personally think it went too well with burgers, but what do I know? The prices are pretty high for burgers. The options aren’t great for vegetarians or people who don’t eat beef. Zero chicken options and one veggie option.
All in all I spent over $ 10 for a veggie sandwich, medium drink and medium fry. I would have spent that at Red Robin or similar. The fries were delicious and addicting, and the small would’ve been more than enough for two of us. Huge portion! The veggie (mushrooms, green pepper, onions, tomato) sando was okay but not too exciting.
The service was pretty good, the guys cooking were laughing and joking, which we appreciated. Will for sure go back for the fries but I’ll probably skip the veggie burger.

Every time I make a pit stop to shop in the Burlington area, this is where I make a quick pit stop if i’m in the mood for a quick cheap burger, and when i’m not in Mcdonalds mood.
It ain’t no AAA beef here but for all the toppings you’re allowed to request for as part of the price, no complaints here.
What i like best here is just the location too, and being the corner, lots of light & its square shape layout with some bar stool seating, it’s pretty diner like too.
And lots of shopping here in this plaza to work off the calories. ;)

My favorite burger stop in USA.
Basically Five Guys Burgers & Fries has a simple motto, –Great burgers, huge portions of fries and keep it minimal with the décor. The color theme here is red and white. All the decorations on the wall are signs of reviews and ratings and it kept me busy while I was waiting for my food.
When you first enter this restaurant, you’ll notice a long row of boxes and I thought to myself, why aren’t all their restaurant supplies stored in the back? Well, they turned out to be boxes of roasted peanuts in the shell. You can actually grab a container, scoop some out and eat while you’re waiting in line. What a brilliant and simple idea!
When I finally reached the counter to order, I was greeted by very friendly staff who answered all my questions with a smile. Your burger can be customised with the exact toppings that you want and there’s no extra charge. So you mean, I can have grilled mushrooms, onions and jalepenos in my burger? Very much appreciated!
Although I didn’t order any fries, I noticed that they are served in a completely filled container and then purposely scooping another portion to be dumped into the paper bag as well. Another small thing that earns you brownie points!
I ordered the junior cheeseburger, which filled me up and to me was the size of a regular burger. So how was the burger itself? It was juicy, hand made and cooked to order. The best $ 5 I’ve spent on a burger.

Good burgers/​fries, nice people.
I enjoy the way they do things at «five guys». You tell them exactly how you want it and they make it no questions, no mistakes.
The girl behind the register seemed very happy to take my order. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and some fries. They give you a cup of fries but half of the bag is filled with fries lol talk about getting your moneys worth.
The soda machines are new and give you a bunch of options on what you can drink, orange coke?! Seriously lol simple amazing.
