fish & chips were horrible. Friendly enough server. Clean enough. Quick enough.

They have tightened up alot since opening. Much better service and hamburgers that aren’t complete messes. No mistakes and the food is well priced for what you get. So far my favorite is the regular burgermaster with fries and a coke(baconmaster is a close second). One thing I recommend is making sure you like onions if you get them on your burger. They don’t separate individual pieces, you get an entire cross section. I also like the BLT and fish and chips. Fast initial service and also when you are done they are there to pick up the mess soon after you turn on the lights.

Expensive for a burger. Cole slaw had to be sent back smelled like fish which was scary. Milk shake not great which should be easy to rock. Won’t go back… service great !

Love the old fashioned idea of a drive in but the food is mediocre at best and it’s too spendy for the quality plus they don’t give free refills on sodas. Our service wasn’t great either.

Excellent burgers cooked to order-my items were made hot and fresh. The double bacon Burgermaster sandwich reminded me of Five Guys but with higher quality beef; the fries were similar to In-N-Out’s but somewhat better. It is kind of expensive, probably due to the location near the freeway, but the old school drive-in experience is a welcome change from the norm and I left satisfied.

I just moved to Washington and I kept seeing this place while I drove passed it on the freeway. I’d probably do more of a 3.5 than a 4 if I could. The meat was tasty and I dig that it’s local grass fed. The staff was very pleasant and they brought treats out for both of my dogs. I do think it’s rather expensive for what you get though. Local grass-fed is going to be more costly but I know of others that do the same that have better prices. Location etc plays into that I’m sure.

It was super good. We split a burger with bacon. Grass fed is pretty cool. Not sure if ketchup is high fructose corn syrup free we being a our own. Fries were yummy

It’s the Sonic of the PNW. We love that the beef is local grass fed and hormone free. Great option for eating on a rainy day and traveling with kids. No need to get out of the car… just drive in, order and eat in the car. Great food selections and tasty fast food.

The worst food ever. High price, tiny portions and awful slection. I don’t understand why they are expanding, horrible food at all of their locations.

We tried it. We won’t be returning. Burgers were mediocre. Fries were bland. Chocolate shake was good. But overall, it was much too expensive for bad food. We would choose Five Guys every time over this place.

We stopped there on the way home from a weekend trip, and we were underwhelmed. We liked the idea of an old-style drive in with car hops, but the food was mediocre, and that’s being generous. I had the Bacon cheeseburger, and it was just alright. My wife had chicken strips, and while the menu advertised hand cut and breaded strips, they were just pre-formed frozen strips, as if they had run across the street to Wal Mart and picked up a bag of cut rate strips. The fries were blah. Maybe they picked up some fries when they got the strips! My girl got a hot dog, and it passed muster, but it’s a hot dog. It would be pretty hard to mess that up. I did get a chocolate milk shake, and I would say that it was pretty good. But other than that it was a Not Going Back experience. For a little bit less money, one could go across the freeway to the newly opened Carl’s Jr and get a much better meal.

Good food. Service is slow but I’m sure that will get better as time goes on. Burgers were pricey fries were a little cold but definitely got full.

My hubby and I went and had lunch for the first time since it opened. We loved it! Old fashioned burgers, great onion rings and milkshakes and friendly service. They come right to your car and serve you, or you can eat inside the resturant. We ate in the car like the old days when we were in high school and went to the A&W Resturant in mount vernon many years ago. One thing that really knocked me over was, there was a car that wouldnt start. A waitress said no problem, and went into the resturant and came back with a big yellow Jumpbox. She hooked it up to the car got it started, closed the hood, and took it back inside. A man asked her if she needed any help, and she said«no, I do this all the time, but thanks for asking«She smilled and waved as the lady drove away. Wow! I have never seen that before. Talk about excellent customer service??? I was Very impressed and will return time after time for their great burgers.

Awful experience! They gave our food to the car next to us after we waited 20 min. It took another 30 min. to get our food again and it was cold. Then they tried twice to make us pay for both orders!!!

Fast service and a fun drive-in experience! The cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake were all delicious. Extra great that the beef they use is local and grass-fed. Definitely didn’t taste like a «fast food» burger. Will definitely eat here again!
