Only bumping it down to a 4 star because I was not greeted at any point while shopping. Not once. I passed 2 employees who didn’t even look up from folding clothes to smile. But it’s fine. Just might want to work on it.
The employee Vanessa checked me out at the front and she was the reason for the 4 stars. She was quirky, and very unique. I loved her style and she made me feel confident about what I was purchasing. She could not have made me feel more welcome, all while checking me out in a smooth and timely manner.

Another montrosity as if the one just 5 min away inside the mall isn’t sufficient LOL. That’s what I love shopping in states, always a market everywhere.
Men’s stuff on left… basic styles, good prices for average, one season wear haha. $ 15 light long sleeve shirts alright for casual.
The fit sport jackets aren’t too shabby, more fitted.

Came to the store to get help finding black work pants because the ones I’d bought previously are no longer available on-​line. The lady working at the fitting rooms was EXTREMELY helpful. She took the time to look up options to substitute for the work pants I currently have. She gave me a couple options, explained the difference and wrote down the information for me. I believe her name was Megan or Sharon, this was around Thursday, August 21st.
I usually avoid Old Navy because they have discontinued carrying plus size options for females in-​store and only offer on-​line options without the ability to return items in-​store, only via mail. Extremely disappointed about that, work pants are the only reason I shop at Old Navy; I’ll give the rest of my money to store that offer all sizes in stores and on-​line.
Four stars purely for the help of the lady working the fitting rooms. She went above and beyond!

Smallest Old Navy I’ve ever been in. This must be an Old Navy «outlet store». Hard to find anyone who works here and then when I did she was rude… Bought a few quick items that I needed right then but the likelyhood of coming back to this store is slim to none…
