Pandora

I went in today to get help with my bracelet that won’t close. Rudest help ever!!! They refused to warranty there items. Wouldn’t offer to fix it or do anything. Would never buy anything from them again!!!

Rudest location I’ve ever been to. They actually ignore you directly.
I’d rather save my money and my sanity and go to the northshore mall location. The assistant manager is the worst of the group

Popped in the Burlington Mall back in ’10 to get my wife on of the bracelets everyone was talking about. I know they’ll be day when people will say «Remember when people wore Pandora? Or those Alex and Ani’s?» But yeah — got in when the store was opened, walked up, picked a chain and starter pendant. Easy peasy, took all of five minutes. For some odd reason, the cashier said the whole experience was «intense» No big deal, she was youngish and maybe was used to people spending hours trying to find the right thing.

On September 14, 2013, I was in your Burlington, MA store. I was looking for a some new charms and to take advantage of the free bracelet offer. When I entered the store there were two other customers being serviced by associates so I stood at the counter and waited my turn. An elderly woman was the sales person. She walked up to the counter, stood right in front of me and began to straighten the books on the counter. She never acknowledged me in anyway even thought she stood less than a foot in front of me. I assumed that she was heading off to a break an thought little of her lack of acknowledgement. She then went out back but returned less than a minute later. At this point two more customer came in and stood next to me at the counter. She walked right up to them and asked if they needed help and ignored me. I spoke up and she came over. I asked for one charm and she promptly got another associate (who appeared to be training) and began ordering her around… get this, write that. The trainer never put the bracelet together for me, made suggestions or gave any of the warm treatment I have always received from Pandora stores. As I began to make my purchase, I was informed that I was one week early for the free bracelet offer and that I could buy the bracelet and pick it up next week. When I declined, the sales lady told me that I better get it while I could or I would be «standing in a line of 400 people» I am very familiar with the busy days at Pandora stores and have waited in my share of lines but I did not appreciate the scare tactics or high pressure sales from this woman. She ignored me at first and was borderline rude. She made me feel as if I was bothering her and cetainly did not matter to the store.
I have never encountered such service at any Pandora Store. Avoid

Love Pandora, My BF started my obsession 2 Christmases ago… Have never been to this one though & Loved them when I got there…
Had a great variety, the ladies were great… They wrapped my charm in a cute litltle box (maybe because it was limited edition), gave me a bow & everything… (South Shore Pandora doesnt do that…)
Will be back when I need a hard to find charm!

I will never, ever go back to this store again. The sales associates were nothing but immature and rude. I love how one sales associate was too lazy to look for a charm when I asked for it. She said we are all out but the next person who asked someone else if they had it got the last one. Then the manager that day said she was going to overnight it to my house. Low and behold NOTHING!!! So when my husband calls and speaks to the store manager he said hes giving us the one he got for his wife. WHAT??? I think NOT!!! SO people think again because ya might be buying used charms!!!

I’m a huge fan of Pandora. I receive a bracelet for Christmas and have purchased a few charms for my bracelet. I find the staff at this location to be incredibly helpful. All the young ladies and gentlemen are quick to assist you. They have a great selection of charms. I’ve added some of their gorgeous rings to my birthday wish list. Pandora is well worth the $$ since you are getting amazing quality.

I bought my wife a bracelet for Christmas and spend an hour in line at the mall. I’m not upset about waiting in line, as it was a hot item and it was the holidays. I was upset with the manager who was a tall fat who had zero customer service skills and more notably was sweating all over the place. The lady at the front door taking names was very nice but the manager was just plane rude and didn’t care who knew it.
