I have never given a one star, we did a to go order and it was not right and after calling twice we had no return call from the manager. Had the manager called us to make it right this review may not have happened. The scallops were small and overlooked the shrimp wasn’t cooked right. I posted in Facebook and this is a problem with this location

Yes it’s a chain. But the cheddar biscuits were better than I remember. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. The food was good, and the service was very good. Merienne was our server and was prompt, polite, and very friendly.

The worst customer service from the start booths were empty and the staff just kept coming up with excuses why people are not getting seated and when we requested to speak to the manager she just sighed and disregarded our complaints. Althea«Jo» Sartin is a horrible manager as well. Drinks got delivered to the wrong table so we watched the other table enjoy the beverage, the restroom did not have a locking mechanism on the door which I find very rude. She just disregards customer complaints and does nothing to strive to regain and make the experience for the customer satisfying. I will be calling the restaurant manager.

The service here is fantastic! We were greeted and seated quickly, our server was very attentive as well as the managers. The food was great and the atmosphere is very warm and nautical.

Disappointing. I was not expecting Red Lobster to be out of LOBSTER! That was just the beginning. Had to ask for water two times before receiving any attention. We were a party of 6 celebrating a special family event. I called in advance of arrival to inquire if there was a wait. I was told, no this is not our busy time. Once the ordering began it almost became humorous as each person ordered was told… I’m sorry we are out of that item. Seemed as if flounder was the substitution for all things missing. No apologies or visit from the manager to our table. Most places would have offered to provide a complimentary appetizer or dessert. I would expect a lobster hut at the beach running our of food at peak season, but certainly not a national franchise. The server did the best she could and did apologize however the final result was less than satisfactory.

It is a relatively new location. Good service and our food was fast and well prepared.
