I am no authority on Thai food, but in the grand scheme of things the lunch I just consumed was pretty damn good. 3 main dishes and noodles for around $ 8. Great deal, and like I said really tasty. When at the mall again, there is definitely a good chance I will return to this place.

Tonight, I ate at Ruby Thai Kitchen inside the Burlington Mall Food Court. I usually love Ruby Thai Kitchen(in MD/DC/VA) but this experience was disappointing. I ordered Pineapple Chicken with Mixed Vegetables and Lo Mein. The chicken was hot, deep fried and covered in a sweet pineapple glaze. Some of the chicken chunks were tough and hard to chew. The Mixed Vegetables was steamed. The lo mein was considerably dry.

Typical mall food court fare. Food is not that great. Very greasy. Portions are huge for the price, but you’re paying a price with your health. There are better options in the area.

Its greasy and yucky. The pad thai is merely noodles. …greasy no peanuts. Green curry was ok. They served it barely warm. They replaced it quickly. The mixed veggies were greasy too. 3 items plus rice is 6.99. Pad Thai counts as an item.

After Master Wok went down I needed a new regular place to eat and so I tried out their Thai cuisine and boy did I enjoy it. The food is pretty much what you expect from a food court, average(but better than most of the choices at the food court), however, they give you a good quantity and for me when I’m at a food court I expect quantity over quality since I think it’s a fantastic deal for how much you’re paying. I do eat it for lunch, but I mainly go and eat when it’s close to closing time since when you order, they end up giving you a lot more than they usually do since they throw it away after and have nothing to lose. Usually most of the time the employees are quite energetic and if you walk by they tend to hand you out chicken or if you want to try something else they’d be more than happy to oblige. My regular dish consists of Pad Thai, and usually 2 different types of chicken.

Service good. Very patient with indecisive 7 year old child. Drinks had non-sugary options. Yeah! Food about average

Today Sept/5/2011 around 1:00pm, my family purchased food at this place, and I have to say it’s being years all the Asian takes out placed in this Mall never change. They treated their customer like shit… The food tasted like shit!!!, God knows what else that they do behind a closed door and all that little punk Chinese kids so rude screaming at the customer and pushing them away. Maybe, this is how they served their food back home to their people. They were lucky that my wife and kids with me, but next time I’ll climb over that counter and bang all their heads against the wall. I’m Bostonian and kind of embarrassed how they treated other people like dirt.

We went for good Thai, got good Thai– Service was quick, but the spice level was low– even the stuff that was rated«Very HOt» I am from the West Coast where Thai peppers are HOT, not just sassy.

Fast food mall foodcourt thai. Dont expect much. The green curry chicken is the only thing I get. Ruby is probably the best option at this food court. Avoid the mall staple sugar/fat/grease death dishez like the«Penang Chicken» which is just renamed general gau-tso bourbon chicken.

This was a wannabe Panda Express, Thai style. The rice was dry. The noodles were dry. The vegetables were not flavored and were hard. No thanks. That’s what I get for trying to be cheap.

I think this is one of the best options for a quick lunch at the Burlington mall. The people who work there are all really nice, and smile constantly! I love the green curry it is super spicy, the Asian server felt the need to warn me the first 4 times I ordered it! They have the option of pad Thai or rice, for a combo that costs less than $ 6.00. The pad Thai Is not that great, kinda bland and dry, but still a better option than most of the other food court food.

Ruby Thai has a great lunch special. Get pad thai or fried rice with two entrees for $ 5.99. I absolutely love the beef curry which is super succulent and the penang chicken is nice and spicy, except it reminds me too much of Chinese orange chicken without the orange essence. It might be the fried texture and sweet sauce. Good food with very nice little lady thanking me very much my business.
