Terrible customer service from the man working the drive-thru window. Felt very rushed and as if it was a burden for him to take our order. I doubt I will come back to this location.

The service is very friendly and the ingredients are fresh, they are just a bit slow in the drive thru.

Normally got to Subway at Davis and Church St. intersection in Burlington. To save time, stopped at Huffman Mill Rd. Store on the way home. Tried to order a specific sandwich, was told by Hispanic lady that it couldn’t be done so ordered something else. Lady was very nice, doesn’t understand much English. She asked if I wanted the sub toasted, I said NO. She toasted it anyway, I mentioned it to the English speaking lady who offered to make a whole new sandwich and I declined since I knew it would be good but cooled when I arrived home. No big deal. I’m easy to deal with until the manager came out and informed me that the bread came that way, «it’s not really toasted». Excuse me People, I watched the woman put the sandwich into the toaster oven and then start it a second time. It came out hot and toasty. I’m 68 years old and have raised 3 children. I know toast when I see it and I know a toaster over when I see it. I told the man who was standing there looking at the sandwich that I stood right there and saw the entire thing. Subway, you’ve got a real problem if he’s the best you’ve got to offer in management. He also made fun of me to other customers who were in line. Whatcha gonna do about it? Oh, yes, he told me that he «didn’t need» my business anyway. Great PR people. I have taken the Unilocal survey concerning this particular Subway store. If you want real service, food the way you order it, courtesy, etc., go to Subway at the intersection of Davis and Church Sts. You can’t miss with those folks.
