Wsu Skagit County Extension

WSU Skagit County Extension is a fabulous, incredible, amazing opportunity for the public to learn all sorts of skills that will help them improve individually and in their own homes, as contributors to their neighborhoods, and as volunteers in the community at large. The homepage lists what they offer, go look at the variety! I took the Livestock Advisor Volunteer Program, it was one of the best things I’ve done in a long time. I don’t have a farm or acreage or even a hen but I do have interest and desire to learn and the Livestock Advisors opened up a whole new world to me and I’m fascinated. The education through the extension is extremely affordable, it’s really a blessing that we have the WSU Extension in Washington.
