I stopped in after having lunch next door. Justin looked up our account and we had been overpaying. Decided to upgrade and get a LG4 phone and son will get circa 2012−13thHTC one. There was a deal for .99 cent tablet and you pay $ 10 a month. Justin was so knowledgeable and answered all tech questions. I returned a week later as I put SIM card in phone incorrectly. Justin synched all Contacts and put over 700 photos on a jump drive. Now we can save an extra $ 10 on phone being Directv customers. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Justin rocks!

I went in looking to reduce my phone bill by altering my plan. The guy who tried to «help» me was only interested in getting me to pay MORE money. He wasn’t interested in customer service or helping me. He was only interested in making a sale.

I understand that they are busy within a couple of weeks of a new iPhone release, but we’ve been waiting more then 45 minutes for a pretty basic service. The manager is in the back of the store while multiple groups of people wait for service. I will not be returning to this location.
