Absolutely terrible customer service. Walked in and there were several employees sitting around, talking amongst themselves. It took 6 minutes of me standing there like an idiot before they talked to me. Even then my lady was incredibly rude and didn’t ask me how I wanted my brows done. She acted irritated when I told her what I wanted and asked questions! Never going back…

For 10 $ I had my eyebrows threaded, this beat competitor pricing by at least 15 $. The shape was beautiful and full — I asked her to leave them thicker because I have blonde brows and need all I can get. The whole experience was quick and professional. I will be going back.
