Smashburger

This location would be better off closed until they can find staff capable of running it up to the company’s standards. Our visit was awful starting from a long wait in a relatively short line, the manager working the register informing us we shouldn’t expect to be able to have any order changes once he had entered them into the POS (and this was BEFORE we had even paid), there was a 20+ minute wait from receipt to food on the table, a filthy dining room that had just one table wiped off in the time we were there, the filthy drink station similarly received no attention during our visit, no lids available for to-​go cups, used table numbers laying under tables, and a garbage that was a mess when we arrived that got no employee attention in our 45 minutes there. This isn’t a bad a single rare moment, this is complete neglect and incompetence in how it’s run.
This location clearly survives on name brand alone.

This was my first visit to Smashburgers. I happily clogged my arteries a bit more with their Classic Burger with onion rings. I definitely recommend them and will visit again.

Smash burger is a fast foodish restaurant. You go to the counter and place your order, then you are given an order number and get your food within a few minutes. However the food is much higher quality than fast food joints. The burger was excellently prepared with a near perfect texture. Brahe fries go great with smash sauce. Which looks kind of gross but tastes great. So why not five stars? Parts if the restaurant such as the restroom look like they’re in serious need of maintenance. But overall I’m more than satisfied with my experience.

Amazing burgers! JT delivers friendly and approachable service worthy of note. If you can’t make it in for the epic burgers or the awesome black bean option, make it for the atmosphere. This is what all burger joints should aspire to be. Fantastic.

Everyone is so friendly! I walked in yesterday and was greeted by Simone. She ran through the entire menu with me and recommended some of her favorites. She also informed me that the meat is from local farmers! I came back the following day after another late night at work and was greeted by JT. He was also super helpful and friendly! On top of the fantastic staff the food was reasonably priced and super tasty! Thank you!

Pretty tasty. Forgot to put onions on my burger but no biggie, everything else was correct. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the price. Certainly not worth the price. Nothing special.

Always a nice place to have a burger and the Smash fries are awesome. The different assortment of burger are nice for a change. Staff are always nice and smiling. Very clean in dining area and restroom. Only one downfall is that it is freezing inside. Will come back when I want to get the chills. Lol

First time eating here and I will give them a second chance but they need to impress next time. 2 burger meals and a hot dog kids meal with drinks plus one extra drink for $ 20 was decent. Fries were so extra salty we had to wipe them off to eat. Burgers and dog were good. We tried to sit down at 8:22 pm and they close at 10pm and the lady stopped us saying they were closing the back half and we were not allowed. It is already a small space so why shut down more than half the restaurant on Friday night. While we were in the middle of eating an employee came up and asked if we were done using that referring to our fries and yes we were still eating them. They came another two times to say that we could leave our garbage and they would pick it up. I know it’s Friday and you probably want to go home but without customers you have no job so stop pushing me out the door. When we ordered there was a pretty full gallon of milk sitting on the counter which I’m assuming they use for shakes which sat on the counter the entire 40 minutes we were there so I worry about food safety.

I’ve been back maybe 4 times since my last review and haven’t experienced any over-​salted food. I also discovered their black bean burger, soo good and full of flavor. it’s the perfect option for any vegetarians in the family.

Great meal!
My family and I just stopped in and ordered our friends food. It was really fast. It was also really good.
My wife and I had the smash burger classics. My daughter had a kids meal and my older 18 year old created her own.
The man taking the order (manager name tag), made a mistake on my wife’s order when he entered it. He apologized, corrected it as quickly as he could, and surprise! He removed that charge from our bill.
The location is brand new. The service was good, and after the one burger was removed, our bill was $ 30.44.
I’ll come again.
PS– the burgers were good, too.

We love Smashburger for the food, first of all. The Baja Cobb Salad is awesome, but I’ve liked everything I’ve tried. The staff at this location is very friendly, coming around to greet us and taking our dishes when we’re done. The manager is very nice and chatty (maybe a little too chatty?). Every receipt has a quick survey you can complete to get free fries on your next visit. Some locations will accept multiple coupons at one time!
