This is a fine store with the exception of the photo department. I was just standing there at the photo’s counter and electronics people kind of just avoided eye contact with me and kept walking. Plus photos Is in a hidden area so not a lot of employees go over there much. So I went and got a guy to get my order that I had put in from home online. It emailed me and said it was done. It wasn’t done it was a canvas and still needed to be assembled. So he said he would get his manager to do it and I should come back in 30 minutes. I come back in 30 minutes and the canvas is still just laying there on top of some junk getting wrinkled. So I redo the process of tracking down employees and finally the manager comes over and says give me 20 – 30 minutes to get it done. So now what was suppose to be a quick pick up on my lunch break at 11am is now going to 12:15. I had already ate at subway the first 30 minute postponement. Subway was great by the way, except Christian who works there has to be reminded by his fellow employees to wash his hands every time he uses the register. Kudos to his coworkers on keeping him sanitary. Now I’m waiting and about to head back in and grab the canvas. They seem pretty apologetic with a hint of annoyance by having to do my canvas. It’s got a picture of me so I think it’d be funny to just not go back in and then they just have a picture of me sitting there forever. No. I can’t do this process over again at another Walmart.

Went there today, cleaner than the Shakopee Walmart but service not much better. I had to return an item, the clerk looked lost in space, didn’t even greet me when I came to the counter. the cashier wasn’t any better, during check out I walked up to her and said hi, she said nothing. Really can’t even say hi! Won’t be back.

It’s Walmart so you know you can’t go in there expecting too much. That being said, I shopped here late at night and felt so much safer than I did at the Bloomington Walmart. Most people are actually there to shop and won’t be messing around doing crazy stuff. The cashier I had was friendly. Prices are per Walmart usual. They were low in stock for some items I was looking for, like eyedrops, but I was able to get what I needed. Being low stock does not surprise me as most Walmarts tend to be like this. 4 stars for feeling safe while I shopped at night.
