It’s a decent pedicure and manicure service if you can close a blind eye to how filthy this place is. And it’s not like they’re too busy to pick up a broom or a wipecloth! Instead of sitting around reading, talking on the phone, or chatting in between clients, why not try keeping your salon neat and tidy? I had a pedicure here recently and I almost walked out when I realized the towel they had me resting my feet on, had obviously been used on many people’s feet before mine… it was actually dirty! I looked around and the floors were filthy, with dark dustbunnies in the corners. I was supposed to have a manicure afterward, but opted out, left the salon and will never go back. Oh, and they’re not the friendliest gang, either!

Seems like the last few times I have gone it is going down hill. It looks like they are getting dirtier and caring less and less about their customers. I have been going for about 5 months now every 2 weeks. Normally I bring my 5 year old with me and she gets her little nails painted. Well I just found out today they were charging me $ 10 for her. I don’t know why I just realized it but for anyone who knows the size of a 5 year old nail beds that is just absurd. Then no longer then the time it took me to get home her paint is coming off. The fact that they can charge me $ 10 for that was just the last straw. My nails have not been coming out well, they are just going down hill all around.

I work in the beauty industry and on an off day I like to get pampered. I saw the work on their Instagram page and made an appointment for tips and a pedicure. Of course when you first walk in, it looks like a typical nail salon. No one barely speaks English but it seemed like Lianna was the only one making sure everyone was taken care of. The two times I got pedicures done here, they were both done wonderfully by two different people. But my acrylic tips… oh my god. It took them less than 30 minutes to have a full set put on and painted, with enough time to dry. During the first time, the guy glued the sides of my fingers to my nail bed and pulled every finger apart to get it separated. Then he went ahead with the drill and continued to burn my skin around my cuticles off. The nails looked good but honestly why am I gonna sit there for 30 minutes just to have my fingers butchered and possibly infected??? The second time was probably even worse. I went there to get pampered before going on vacation and just by the look on his face I knew I was in for a shit job. Same as the other guy but he made the sides of my fingers so swollen and bleed so much. He painted the color and and didn’t even ask about any nail art until I was sitting there drying. At that point, I said fuck it and I just left. My fingers were swollen and bleeding 2 days into my vacation. It doesn’t matter how cheap these places are or how many pictures they have up. They treat people like shit and all they care about is how much money they’re bringing in. I’m never setting foot in that place again.

Everyone is very nice. Ken is very good with acrylic as well as nail art. The pedicures are great. Good pricing.

I’ve lived in the area all my life and I’ve seen this business owned by several different people over the years. Every time someone new takes over management I get excited and visit there again with high hopes. Honestly, I’m always disappointed. I brought my mother with me and we each got manicures and pedicures. The people who did our pedicures were fantastic, a little hard to understand, but they did a good job and the foot/leg massage was fantastic. When the guy did my manicure he cut my cuticle, which is such a rookie mistake. I was not offered any discounts for their mess up, nor was I going to make a big deal out of it, because at that point I was just ready to leave and head home. I finished before my mother did and ran next door to the store. I was gone not even 5 minutes and when I walked back in to wait for her to finish up, the man at the front desk asked me if I was coming in for a service. He’s the same man who said goodbye and wished me a good day 5 minutes earlier. Just very peculiar. I probably won’t be visiting there any time soon.

The gel coating started cracking off after 2 days. The acrylics themselves started breaking after 3 days. Now I’m going to have to spend even more money to buy some acetone, and spend 3 hours of my life trying to soak off these cracked stubs.
