Haagen Dazs Shop

We came here on Thursday, no lines & beat the crowds, ordered a dulce de leche, soooo rich & smooth tasting. It’s in the food court in the west village where the Panda Express is.

The ice cream was good but the DUMB BUTT employees where a bunch of LOSERS. They don’t even know HOW TO DO MATH. They were probably KICKED out of school and attempted to go to college and failed.
I bought two kid size ice creams which are $ 3.95. So that is total of $ 7.90.(there was no tax) Then the I gave the casher $ 10.I was given $ 0.10.Being the SMART PERSON I AM, I knew I didn’t get the money I deserve.
So I kindly asked the cashier for my money but she kept talking to the other worker.(which I will talk about soon) Then I raised my voice a little to get there attention and explained to them to get my money. Then I got my $ 2 but come on I am a 6^th grader and the cashier can’t even do SIMPLE MATH.
Then next employee (the one that took my order) was EXTREMELY RUDE. As I walked up and started to order she started talking to another employee (she knew I was ordering WHICH WAS RUDE)
SERIOUSLY These employees NEED TO BE FIRED AND PUT BACK TO ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL, THEY ARE THAT DUMB AND STUPID. THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF RETARDS!

Bad service. Never buy from here. Cheated on the scoops. Not the regular Häagen-​Dazs you have experience. Rude and not interested in your business. Go else where.

Mocha latte lacked coffee and chocolate flavors; too much milk.

Service sucks. I don’t usually buy I’ve cream at a store like this, but my family wanted some so we stopped by. I was like «okay, it can’t be too bad».
Excuse my language, but the bitch needs to be fired. Whoever was working at around 5pm on Monday 18^th, fire her.
My aunt asked a question and she gets all irritated for no reason. She starts yelling again and again, «WHO’S NEXT, WHO’S NEXT» like she’s treating a bunch of animals. When I think of Haagen Daz, I thought of high quality ice cream… not service that I can get from a dog. WHAT THE HELL.
That ruined everything for me.
I will never come to this place again.

I have to say the shake was Delicious. They can make it out of anything so i chose Vanilla with Almonds. great choice. I cant wait to go again and get the same thing next time. people were very nice also.

Great selection of creamy dessert for a small food court location. Small cup is $ 3.50 while a large cup sets you back $ 5.70 sharing is caring. Selection of 20+ ice cream and 10+ sorbet varieties should be plenty for a choosy customer. Service Is fast and furious, especially during peak hours. You’d never go wrong with a Java Chip cup.

I would give more stars if the prices weren’t so high. The employees are nice enough and the ice cream is good enough. I just can’t get over the fact that I paid almost $ 5 for one scoop of ice cream on a small waffle cone with nuts. It is the only ice cream shop anywhere close around. So, it will have to do.
