Ruby’s Diner

Shopped at the outlets after a weekend trip to Palm Springs. We had missed breakfast and were starving! Had a wonderful lunch (try the french fried green beans) and service from Christine was outstanding. WOW! She was absolutely charming and informative. Not like a diner server at all!!! She even gave us to-​go drinks for our trip home. I will always stop there to or from Palm Springs.

Came in about 30 mins before they close and they were quite busy. While we were waiting for our server the manager came by and took our drink order and answered our questions. He said the server would be with us shortly. Really appreciated the manager paying attention to us.
Our server was Thalia was friendly and helpful. We didn’t wait to long for my meal and my wife’s ice cream. She had two scoops butter pecan and 1 scoop of almond chocolate. My wife didn’t care for the almond chocolate and Thalia offered to bring another scoop of butter pecan to replace the almond chocolate. Although my wife declined I was impressed with her coming up with an immediate resolution.
Good food and really great customer service from Tony the manager and Thalia our server. Definitely be back.

Ate at multiple Ruby’s diners before. Was a little skeptical eating at this location because of how busy it was. Even though the waiting area was full, we actually got called back pretty fast for a table. This location looks bigger than most ruby’s. Setup is nice. Staff was friendly. Food was really good and didn’t disappoint!

Great place. Went on a Thursday (village fest night) thought we would have to wait long, but no wait at all. We ordered our food and it felt like 5 minutes later we got our food. Very fast and friendly place. The food was very good.

Food was great. Service was decent. Came out quickly. Nice atmosphere and very kid friendly. They give you a 3d cardboard corvette you can build with yours kids and it helps entertain them while they wait for their food. Always a plus.

Good burgers and shakes, can’t forget the endless fries. Can send anything back «satisfaction guaranteed». Decently priced pretty quiet on a Monday night. If your lucky Jason E. Will be your server.

One (1) star is being extremely generous. Took 5 mins to get order taken after we were seated. Brought to our table by an «expiditor» 1 correct plate out of 3. That person then asked is anyone touched the wrong plates, like he was going to go serve ut to the correct table. Asked for manager. After another 5 mins manager comes to our table. We explain what happened. She then again brings the wrong plates. To add to it my husband had to create his own sandwich that was brought to the table. Childs plate came with applesauce, no silverware, asked for a spoon for a 3 yr old, manager brings a tablespoon (the big serving spoon) waitress came to apologize and brought the size appropriate spoon. Almost 10 mins later manager brings the size appropriate spoon, too late sorry. OMG the WORSR service ever, minus the waitress who took our order, this includes the service from manager.

Love this place i come here to eat every time i go to morongo casino. I love the environment and the theme of the restaurant and the food is very good i mean who can say no to unlimited fries :)

An excellent experience, friendly staff, great food and good value for money. Our first time here would defiantly come again.

Good service, good food, it’s just a fun experience when your out this way. Nothing but good things to say

I went in for lunch on a weekday. The place was pretty empty, but the way the staff were acting, you’d think it was busy. They must not have been expecting anyone? Or maybe they were understaffed. My party of five got seated about 5 minutes after we arrived. Our waitress gave us a nice amount of time to choose what we wanted to order before asking. However, it took a longgg time to get our food. I unfortunately didn’t time it, but it was longer than I would think it should take. When we got our food, it was mostly all correct. One of my friends had asked for a side of cranberry sauce, and that was forgotten about, and another friend ordered a burger that was supposed to have a tomato on it, but it didn’t. Our waitress was quick to fix the problems when they were pointed out to her.
Because it had taken so long for us to get our order, we didn’t have much time to eat before we needed to be back at work. Because of that, we didn’t get to take advantage of the refillable fries, as our waitress never asked if we wanted any during the time we were there.
All in all, the service was a little strange and it took a long time to get the food, but in the end, the food was all good. I got the guacamole burger, which was really good, but so is an In-​n-​Out burger which is much cheaper. The fries were nice and crispy, which I liked. I also got the mint chip shake which was super nice, and they give you enough extra to have a second shake.

Great stop off the 10 near Morongo Casino. Great service always and great food. Excellent patty melts, tuna melts, burgers, shakes and more. Great value too, not expensive. Great value. Five stars!

This place is clean and the people are very attentive, food is really good, the Cobb burger the root beer-​float awesome
Although I order their fried calamari and it was overly price for the amount that I got served

Great service and awesome food!!! Loved the diner theme and how there was a little penny candy dispenser. My nephew was all over that :)

Everyone knows Ruby’s is great with good food.
This establishment was packed when we went, but the service was still relatively quick. The food was well prepared.
As I often have to in restaurants, I spent some time changing my son’s diaper here. This is the second establishment I have been to during my entire time as a father that provides changing table liner in the men’s room. There was also a separate sink for the changing table. This attention to detail in meeting the needs of family patrons is rare and deserves recognition! Thank you so much for an easy, enjoyable experience!

We got sat and greeted immediately. Our server very nice. This place is a great burger joint. Very classic and they have a good selection. I ended up getting the classic burger and the other person in my party got the turkey burger. We upgraded to Cajon fries which were delicious, but not so much the garlic fries. I didn’t expect them to come out soggy because they put some kind of flavored oil or something strange on top of them. My overall experience was great. Loved the atmosphere!

Ordered the Ruby Burger with a turkey patty and American cheese and frings! Nothing spectacular but definitely tasty. The service was above average and the food came out fast. Overall I had a good experience and will return if I’m ever out this way again.

We had just finished checking out the Cabazon Dinosaurs and continued our BIG adventure on the way back to Vegas so, we wanted to grab a meal near by.
Sure, it’s one of the few spots along our way home but, the workers and food were better than expected.
We ordered the usual fare of 4 kinds of burgers, chili, French toast, side of onion rings, and milkshakes.
I recommend ordering the chili so, you could DIY chili cheese fries with our unlimited fries!

Burgers were filling.
Fries were crispy and not oily. I like to eat them with ketchup and lots of pepper.
Onion rings were my fave here cuz it wasn’t just batter and onions were sweet.
Chili was surprisingly really good. With lots of meat.
French toast wasn’t soggy.
Waitress was really nice and funny. Even when I, literally, spilled all of the pepper shaker onto my ketchup.
They had a balloon maker/​waiter dude walking table to table. He was pretty darn good, too. He made the Eiffel Tower and ninja turtles for a neighboring table. We would’ve wanted some but, we had to jet back to Beeegas.
