A buddy and I stopped while on a motorcycle trip. Just down the road from our motel where we had been told they had good home cooking. Arrived just before closing and was greeted by friendly staff and quick service. I ordered liver and onions and they were wonderful, always a treat to see them on the menu. The owner came over and was a joy to talk with. Portions were large and price was very reasonable. Had delicious looking deserts which we were not able to try after such a satisfying meal. Plan to go back for breakfast.

Good, cheap food, friendly service. Coffee could be stronger. Terrific desserts.

It is a small nondescript greasy spoon restaurant with slightly below average food. My family stopped for breakfast when traveling in the area. My wife’s eggs were cold, my western omelet’s vegetables were undercooked and my children’s pancakes were bland. The coffee was also very weak. On the positive side the price was very reasonable.
