NOSTARS After removing the polish on my toenails a week later I was horrified to find they were yellow and green and falling off! I had to rush to the doctor to run tests. Just awful.

Cookie(Kim) is amazing at shaping eyebrows! I have been going to her for over a year and I always receive compliments. The location is convenient as well. The back room is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly/warm

I’m doing my nail here from the day they open the salon. I followed them from TK Nails. They are really good at what they do. I tried many places, but always coming back.

The best! I’ve been seeing Natalie for years. I used to be a celebrity manicurist so I know great work. I have natural nails and Natalie can do a perfect french manicure. Also great pedicures. I find everyone to be very friendly and welcoming. Everyone I’ve referred here has been very happy with their experience.

Really friendly and great customer service… but def not the best nail place. My top coat turned grey the next day and just didn’t look good :(

Got a gift certificate for this place. The worst, not only was the mani and pedi awful, they would not stop with the up sale, making me feel like since I got gifted the mani and pedi I should spend an extra $ 20 on foot scrub. Don’t waste your time.

After looking at the other reviews I have to wonder what planet the other women live on? I don’t go to the nail salon to talk the other persons ear off nor do I care if they are speaking to themselves, that’s what therapists are for. I’m all about silence while receiving a service so for me this place was close to five stars because they were quick and professional. Usually quick means a half-assed mani/pedi with hangnails galore. Not the case here. Also got my brows did and am very happy with all services received. Now, when I learn Vietnamese I’ll let you know how the conversation went but until then I will frequent this place on my way home from work. Services provided were 5 star.

No stars, absolutely horrible and the lady who did my nails made them all crooked. When she was grinding them she cut into all my nails… who does that seriously!!! Now I have to wait a week to get them fixed because of the burning. Never go here unless your desperate

decided to try this place since I just moved to Calabasas and it was very close… Called and made an appt and at first when I walked in I didn’t feel very welcomed but as I sat down with Natalie(who was very nice & quiet) I felt a bit more comfortable. They don’t talk much which is great b/c I normally just want to relax when I am getting a mani/pedi… I had a gel manicure done by Calvin and I am super picky but he did a great job… Had a french manicure and he shaped them perfectly and they were thin just like I like them. If you’re looking for a inexpensive, clean and quiet nail salon this is your salon… oh and the parking is great too! :)

OK I’m going to give it to you straight fellow Unilocalers. If you’re looking for some peaceful spa-like atmosphere, don’t come here. If you don’t like little Asian ladies speaking to each other«in their language», don’t come her. BUT If you want a cheap, quick mani/pedi that will LAST almost two weeks — I’m talking NORMAL nail polish, not even the gel kind — then you’ve found it. They’re not especially kind but who gives a crap! I’ve got enough friends to chit chat with and if I want peace and quiet I’ll sit in my closet. I JUST want someone to DOMYDAMNNAILS… and occasionally wax my ‘stache. Hahaha

I work in agoura hills so sometimes on my lunch break i will go get my eyebrows waxed(maybe my face too… I’m Italian). I always see the same people, Cookie who is awesome and Kim who is super nice. The place is usually pretty empty around the afternoon, but they also take appointments. I can’t really complain about the waxing, I think they do a great job considering I’m not going to a professional waxing place. They have just the right amount of air conditioning, youlay on that bed thing with the crispy paper and their hands are always cold. Maybe it’s just me but I get so relaxed when i’m in there. Sometimes they take a little longer than i hoped, but I would much rather them take the time than peel off my face on accident. I used to get my nails done here too, but now i only go at lunch so i don’t have time. But they do a great great acrylic nail job. They do a powder fill, it’s a really wonderful job.

While my boyfriend utlized the free WiFi at Starbucks I had two choices: stare at him or get a pedi. I chose the latter. I noticed CQ Nails across the street so decided to give them a try. It was Friday afternoon and the place was empty when I arrived so they were able to take me right away. The gal who did my pedi was Kim. A very pleasant and quiet girl which is cool for me, I don’t like alot of chit chat during my pedi. She gets a Thumbs Up from me because she really went to work on my extremely dry heels. Callous remove, safety goggles and a belt sander were required and she was totally up for the job! She also did a good job on the toes. She gets an additional shout out because she helped me put my flip flops on. She probably realized that if I did it myself she’d be redoing my toes. Good call! A spa pedicure with callous remove was $ 27, a competitive price in the area. There are nail places closer to my home which I’ll typically utilize. But if the opportunity arises I’d definately use CQ Nails again.

I think they give one of the best pedicures, especially if you like a thorough callus treatment.

This place is not professional– They speak their native language loudly to one aonther and i’m pretty sure one of the ladies was talking shit about me. The staff is not detailed oriented– My nail tech made a few sloppy paint mistakes. When I asked her to correct it she gave me attitude. There was even a strand of her hair on my fingernail & instead of removing it she tried to paint over it. WTF lady? *Small selection of paint colors & they can’t do designs well There is one guy that works there whe seems to know what he’s doing. He may be the owner. If you go ask for him, othewise stay away.

I have been getting my nails done at CQ Nails since they opened their first location in Calabasas. Their prices are by far the best for the quality you get at CQ Nails. I had been getting my nails done at another place in Calabasas for quite some time when I found CQ Nails. Not only was CQ Nails half the price, but it was just as nice inside. My nails turn out perfect every time. I always get a pedicure and a fill and have never had any issues. Great staff, friendly, fabulous prices, great parking, great deal all around.

Overall this place wasn’t great. I sat in a semi-comfy massage chair while I got a Manicure/Pedicure. I think I’m being generous when giving it two stars and this is why: The manicurist was talking on her cellphone while doing my nails… she actually asked me to HANDHERONEOFHERTOOLS! I almost laughed… She filed my nails a little unevenly… ok quite a bit unevenly and my polish didn’t last a week. They didn’t massage my legs or feet at all really… As I’m writing this I’m thinking two stars is too many, it’s close to my house but I’d prefer not to go back… I’m revoking one star! TK Nails is across the street so I may try that next time.
