First of all these motherfuckers brought my food an hour and a half late four times and the fifth time they did not even bring the pizza so you already know a motherfucker is going to get fired and there is this one hoe here who can’t do shit and all she does is complain and what I also don’t understand is that they are right down the street and can’t do a simple job and now I know why they didn’t go to college those uneducated restarted pieces of shit! Horrible experience Joannie /Christina rude and very unhelpful staff at the store. Ordered food and pizza left store 25+min for delivery and we live across the street. Pizza was cold and their excuse… we are busy. The two would pass the phone back and forth pretending to be the manager and they kept on asking the same question… what is your issue DONOT order from here. Worst customer service ever.

Experience only: I ordered a large online. Came to the store to pick it up. Total: $ 8.71 with tax included, I handed over two 5 $ bills. Received 30 cents in change and a «have a nice day». Something is really wrong with that picture. Too appalled to say anything back, yet maybe she needs the dollar more than I do, then again that’s considered stealing. Hide your tattoos, be more presentable and lose the attitude. I’ll just consider that dollar the tip for the plates you guys ran out of.

Open till 1 am on the weekends, we stopped here saturday night to order pizza. People were still inside but had door locked and sent us away saying they are closed two hours before closing time listed on the door! I wonder if we would have ordered online if they would have brought it, but this is more than wrong, there are no late night dining options in the area and we were staying in the hotel across the street, so had no choice but to go back hungry, avoid this location!

I don’t order pizza very often so when I do I would expect it to be nice and hot… I placed an online order and followed my order through which finally indicated it had left at 5:12 pm(mind you I live under 5 min from the location). I did not receive a call from the driver until 5:31 to confirm the apt. letter. When I finally opened up the pizza it looked old and was cold. I decided to call the facility and spoke with Ruben who was the manger at the time. I informed him about my issue and he replied telling me that just because I live near didn’t mean I would receive the order faster. I informed him that I went based of the online pizza tracker which provided me the time the driver left to drop off my order and if he had gotten lost the driver should not have waited 20 – 25 min to call me just to inform me that he was lost. The manager offered to put in a new pizza order for me, but then went on to say that it would take me 30 min to obtain that order anyways… So being that I order pizza sparingly I will def not order from this facility again.

I ve been ordering for over a year from here and it’s just gotten worse. The woman answering the phone sounds like she just Woke up. Doesn’t the franchise owner make ghost calls just to check up on his employees? They charged me $ 15 more than I should’ve been charged but I can’t deal with it so I never contested it. Here’s a tip: get that dead girl off the phones. She’s ruining Dominos reputation… And she ruined my appetite. Should I tell you about the employee that wore a shirt that said«butthole inspector?» That was about 6 months ago. Kinda too late for that! Inbox me for a photo though!

The most nasty wings I’ve ever had. Literally all skin and bone plus it literally looks like they microwaved the chicken at least five times before giving it to you. I’m not sure if all Dominoes are the same but this is the closest one to my house and that was probably the worst food I’ve ever eaten. 1⁄5 rating no doubt. Awful.

Chain pizza, what can I really say about you? Bread sticks were bland and lacked any kind of flavor. Were they supposed to have flavor, or just be bread on the side? I can’t remember, maybe that’s on me. I assumed they would be brushed with some kind of butter and have a sprinkling of garlic or herbs. The pizza itself was its usual standard — chicken, garlic, and sausage. Young workers at this location, at least when I went. The guy looked like high school/college aged and was friendly when taking our order. We were probably confusing him, asking for toppings on half, and then different things on the whole pie, but he took it in stride and didn’t cop an attitude which was appreciated since we were tired and hungry from our flight from NY. Food was ready in 10 – 15 minutes. Had a table/chairs inside to sit and wait. But it’s not a dine in spot by any means. Not that these places ever really are.

Girls night on a Friday. I get it. It’s busy. We were patient. We waited over an hour for our order — a gluten free pizza, a regular XL pizza(half cheese, half toppings) and a big order of Parmesan bread bites. When it arrived, the order was cold. And it was wrong! Our XL pizza was all cheese. It took 3 calls(after getting hung up on twice) to get the refund we deserved. And after all that, the food wasn’t good. Both the cheese pizza and the parmesan bites were doused in a bright yellow, artificial margarine sauce. Bleh.

The food is good and punctual. Driver always seem like they are stoned. The last guy kept eyeballing the inside of my place as if he just seen the entire cast of the Avenger waiting for the pizza in my living room; very unsettling. The chocolate cakes are made by the devil who is trying to destroy my diet… but then again I am ordering pizza for dinner.

Terrible service. This place needs a management refresh. They do NOT know how to schedule. It shouldn’t take an hour for an order placed online FOR A SANDWICH. The female is starting to raise her voice in frustration with another worker. The phone keeps ringing and all they do is pick up and say«please hold». There goes my lunch break. Thought ordering ahead online would save me time. Think again.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s numerous times since 2012 since it’s only a mile from my house. A few years ago it wasn’t bad, however, the last few times I’ve ordered, service and/or quality has been subpar. About two months ago I ordered a pizza with three toppings; 1 meat and 2 veggies. My boyfriend went to pick up the pizza and when he brought it home, there were only two toppings; Two veggies and no meat(I got mad at him for not checking before he left the store, but still not his fault). I love veggies and all, but was pretty upset about the mistake. I called the store and I was expecting a refund, however they said they would put me in the system for a free pizza in the future. I took the offer and was able to use the free pizza a few weeks later with no issues. Fine. Fast forward to today. After a late night swim, my boyfriend and I were craving pizza and we decided to order from Domino’s again(we hadn’t ordered since the previous pizza fail). I ordered online at 11:07pm and didn’t receive the pizza until 12:02am. This place is literally one mile away and it took 55 minutes to get my pizza! OK fine, I get it. They have to prep and bake it and make it beautiful. Maybe they were busy… on a Thursday night at midnight. BUT the worst part is that it arrived COLD. The cheese was not melty and delicious. The pizza was basically a solidified piece of cardboard. I don’t mind cold leftover pizza, but this thing was delivered like it had been made the day before. If I would have know I’d end up paying $ 22 for slow, cold ass pizza, I would have made myself a sandwich and called it a night. SODISAPPOINTED!

The worst experience I EVER had We ordered wings and pizza and when they delivered it to us the pizza was so nasty we couldn’t even eat it, THEYDIDNTEVENBOTHERTOCUTTHEPIZZA. The barbeque sauce on the wings was dumped on the wings like they were serving pigs. I couldn’t believe it. When I called the store the young guy was nice, but was new to the store so I decided to drive there. WOOOOOW they have this little nasty girl working there who called me A bitch for complaining, kept rolling her eyes and yelling at me with hatred attitude. I was in shockkkkkkk. I asked her for her name and she just ignored me and was standing talking to the stupid cook guy. I will never order from that place the FOODISNASTYCUSTOMERSERVICEISNASTY. Just crazy. NASTY, NASTY!!! To the corporate office of dominos pizza. I Ordered two medium pizzas those were fine but I ordered garlic parmesan bytes and the driver forget the sauces AGAIN! This is the second time this has happened. So I call the store and«Rodger» answered and I was polite and asked for a manager he insisted that It was really busy and the manager couldn’t come to the phone. I told him I needed the manager. First off if a CUSTOMER asks for the manager they should be directed right away! So when«Michelle the manager comes on the phone» I tell her the driver forgot my sauce. She was extremely rude to me as I was upset that I couldn’t have my sauce for my garlic bytes. Why can’t your employees remember the damn sauces!?! It’s really not that hard to give the customer what he paid for?! So I call back and tell her how rude Rodger was on a the phone and says that’s how we train our employees. When she was so rude to me while I was talking to Her. She says«k bye» and cut me off while we were on the phone I said excuse me!?! Then i asked for corporates number. She said«1800dominos» then she hung up on me. First off I called right away after she hung up on me on the phone with the number she gave me. And guess what?! She lied to me! It was not corporates number! It was a dominos locator station! I’m so freaking mad that a manager would lie to me about corporates number!!! The number for corporates number that the guy from the store locator gave me was(734) 930‑3030 so your dominos manager lied about corporates number because she knew she was in the wrong and would get in trouble SO I WILLBECALLING corporate office Tuesday morning since its Presidents’ Day weekend and Michelle should have some major consequences dealt to her. When the driver arrived with my sauces and new garlic bytes I had to ask him for the freaking sauces! That should of been the first thing he gave me at the door. He also gave me a 1 large free pizza coupon which I had to ask for again! Your drivers need to not forgot these things. Anyways I’m looking forward to hearing from corporate office after I call on Tuesday. Thanks a lot for your rude customer service you need to retrain your staff the right way because at this rate I will be ordering fresh brothers pizza because they have the best customer service. This all could of been avoided if your manager was not rude and wouldn’t of hung up on me on the phone. She was not once apologetic because they messed up. Thank you for RUINING my valentines day dinner tonight MICHELLEANDDOMINOS!

Skimpy on the toppings. I thought dominos changed their recipe but it still tastes like crap. Thought I would save a few bucks which I did. I should have gone to Winners Pizza. Lesson learned.
