Came here and my party ordered a pita sandwich with fries on the side. We got a sandwich with fries inside. When we asked where the fries were the young girl working the counter misunderstood the order and told the cooks we wanted them inside the sandwich. I explained that the fries were on the side she argued with me that we should have ordered a combo. Whoever the owner is, please work with her on her customer service skills. She’s in a service business do not tell me how to order if you don’t understand fries on the side, ask for clarification. I didn’t catch her name but she was training a young man while taking our order, giggles a lot(nervously) & wears a black beanie in the summer. She didn’t offer to fix the mistake just explained to me how to order for next time. Thanks. The food is tasty, but I’m not a fan of not getting what I ordered.

I tried Mediterranean Pita Grill several times when it first opened. The food was mediocre but sated my desire for Mediterranean food. I stopped going when I experienced an upset stomach and worse after three visits in a row — once is chance, twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern. It had been several years since I had dined there and I thought I’d give it another chance. Big mistake. I ate lunch there and the meal never settled. About an hour and half later, I got bad abdominal cramps. That night I had a fever, chills, aches and the other symptoms that go along with food poisoning. It’s four days later and I’m still getting twinges of abdominal cramps. I filed a complaint with the county health department. When I called in sick for work, my boss told me he stopped eating there because the food consistently gave him the runs. This place needs to be shut down!

Absolutely amazing, clean, delicious, addictive healthy food! We have been going to this wonderful family owned restaurant for years now & I can’t say enough about the perfection of the food, the cleanliness, the quaint ambiance of the restaurant, & the awesome customer service,(Stephanie is my favorite) this girl knows our order by heart. I call in my order & the second she hears my voice she already knows what I want! Likely because I go at least 4 times a week for the HEALTHY all chicken breast kabob & most amazing fresh greek salad! However it’s not just my order she knows by heart, this amazingly talented smart girl knows every single regular customers order by heart! Her ability to multitask, greet everyone, make us all feel special & run that place like a tight ship is so impressive! I feel so lucky to have such an amazing place like this over here. There are plenty of other places in this little area but there is no comparison to the food & the special treatment that we have come to love at this gift of a restaurant!

I love this place, the shwarma is soon good. I like to eat here once a week the garlic paste makes everything taste so delicious. The food is fresh made to order the service is fast and friendly. The price is fairly reasonable the portions are quite large. They serve kabob Falafel and many other Mediterranean dishes everything is good

Really great alternative to «fast food»…it’s fast, but much healthier, tastier and better value than other options. The portions in the combo are large enough most people won’t finish, and I do recommend a combo over just a gyro type sandwich. You get choice of meat, hummus, pitas, sauces, salad and rice. I’d recommend the chicken over the beef. Their versions of tzatziki and baba ganoush are pretty good too. Baklava was better than i’ve had at some upscale greek places. Best thing is the friendly guy who took our order and gave us a sample… such a great attitude, made it a joy to stop in after a long drive.

Love coming here for lunch and dinner! The food is always so fresh and tasty and the customer service is beyond amazing every time. Prices are amazing for the amount of food I receive. Definitely try this place out if you’re in the area!

Top drawer Mediterranean place. The Shawarma is good, but the mixed kabob plate is outstanding — great humus, perfectly grilled meats and garlic sauce to die for. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Perfect.

Always a strong choice for take-out! I love the spicy chicken and if you’re a die-hard garlic lover like me, you will go ga ga over their garlic spread. It’s like raw garlic creamed with just enough yogurt. A little dab on a toasty pita topped with chicken and you’re in happy land.

One of my go to spots for lunch since my job is across the way, I usually phone on my order and pick it up. I love their combo meat plate, it comes with 2 meats, hummus, side salad, rice and pita. The portion size is so large, I can never finish it! Love the food and the management is nice!

I just didn’t care for the food. It’s not even close to my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in Richardson, Texas. I’ll give a star for the hummus.

My family of 5 loves the food. We call in and pickup at the Calabasas location. They are consistently great. Our order is always ready, always correct and always delicious. The employees are so polite and happy. The shawarma plate is superb. The Spinach pies are so good. Everything is wonderful and you won’t be disappointed.

I came here for dinner with a friend and decided on the Chicken Shawarma plate. You pay at the front beforehand and they hand you the food after to eat at your table. The chicken was actually quite good! I was quite impressed with the flavor and taste, and I felt like they did a good job with it. The hummus was pretty good too, and the salad was whatever. I also enjoyed that creamy garlic sauce they provided with the plate, which I thought went well with everything as it added an extra layer of flavor to the dish. Overall not a bad choice. It’s located near the Albertson’s and even though there are a lot of parking spots in the plaza, it can get pretty full, especially around lunch time and at night.

Ok so I’m Lebanese who just moved to California 2 years ago, and I don’t even know why this place is under the category of Lebanese food. First of all, the people who make and serve the food are not Lebanese, and it’s not even close to the taste of authentic Lebanese food. The fattoush is just salad with tajine sauce. Which Lebanese restaurant doesn’t have sumac for fattoush? It’s like walking into a Mexican restaurant where they don’t have salsa. Second of all, whoever takes take-out orders is very unprofessional. He was very mean, didn’t take our name, and was in a hurry to hang up. We had to tell them what we ordered so that they know which one was ours, after going back and forth that no one gave us any info over the phone. Train your staff to put the customer first and not make mountains out of mole hills.

I am definitely a fan of this place. My kids have been going to a summer camp near this restaurant and every morning I go to a Starbucks that’s in the same shopping center as Mediterranean Pita Grill. Every time I’m at Starbucks, I tell myself that I need to go to this restaurant one day so I went and wow! Why have I not gone here before. The place is small, nothing fancy and not very expensive. Workers there are nice and attentive. You order, pay, find a seat and they bring the food to you. I ordered the following: Spicy Chicken Shawrma($ 9): Delicious! Next time I’ll save my $ 1(when you order spicy, they charge $ 1), so I’ll order the regular chicken Shawrma and add Siracha since they have lots of bottles in the restaurant. The chicken was stir fried with onions and tomatoes and I had them put it over salad and two sides of hummus. Huge portions with lots of flavor. Baklava($ 1.50): It was about 1 ½″ x 1 ½″. It was small and flakey, but I won’t get it again because of the price point. I rather save my money and get a delicious pastry from Starbucks. I’ll be back.

Came here looking for a meal that would be filling and on the more nutritious side. Like other Unilocalers, I really enjoyed the spicy chicken shawarma plate with side salad, hummus, and pita. It comes with rice, but I didn’t touch it because everything else was so filling! The plate is massive and heavy – you will need both hands to carry it! The chicken has a great spice to it, good flavor, and nice caramelization on the slices. Even better, there are these amazing tender onion slices throughout and some nice tomato cubes, too. This was really unlike any shawarma I’ve had previously, but in a great way. The hummus was very good! I’ll definitely come back again, but maybe for lunch, when everything seems to be a couple dollars cheaper.

Love their Spicy Chicken Shawerma plate with garlic sauce! Chicken is not dry and has a nice kick to it. Rice is light and moist. Comes with a pita bread, salad and hummus… all for $ 9.99! Ordered to go 2x and the gal on the phone was friendly. Orders were ready when we arrived and food was still hot when when we got home. Great place for lunch or dinner. Casual fast food atmosphere :)
