Very rude and unprofessional. YES this is a repo business. YES they called me to «re-​po» my moped, but to tell me I was not being cooperative because my address was listed wrong, and that I didn’t answer the calls is absolutely crazy.
I don’t know very many people that would answer calls from a random number who doesn’t leave a voicemail. This lady never left me a voicemail telling me the importance of returning her call. I ended up returning her call anyways and asking to see who it was in a voicemail, and she didn’t get back to me until a week and a half later when she was very rude, telling me that she would report me as un-​cooperative because she couldn’t get ahold of me.
Well lady, let me tell you that when I call you back and see that you have a Maroon 5 ringback tone, chances are I’m not going to think that you are a legitimate business that I need to call back.
Get a real business phone number with a professional answering machine and maybe you’ll have better results.
She then proceeded to tell me that she had to pick up the car and there was nothing I could do to work things out with the bank because it was already claimed. I then told her the moped was at my parents house since I just returned from military leave and she implied that I was lying and she hears these types of stories all the time…
I then called the bank and sure enough was able to pay up to date and get this so called ‘reposession’ cancelled.
My 1-​star review is due to her unprofessionalism, and rudeness on the phone. She was not helpful, and was very very unprofessional.
