The UPS Store

Stopped in on a Saturday during Christmas rush shipping season and though steadily busy, the people there knew what they were doing and very pleasant at the same time.
Definitely recommend for your UPS shipping needs!

Last year I did lots business with this store. I was in there every day shipping packages. The first boss Corkey did not know how to treat people, but got the job done. The employees that worked under him were very friendly though, so the situation was bearable.
This UPS store is under new ownership and they have been fantastic. Because of a recent move I now go to a store in boise, but I would highly recommend this ups store.

A one out a five star rating is better than these guys deserve, I went in after a hectic day of work trying to get a form in the mail 10 minutes before UPS picked up, and asked if I can use my UPS corporate account number to ship this package, I was purchasing all my boxes and envelopes packaging tape and packaging material from them and simply wanted to use my own UPS corporate account number to be able to receive my earned discount, they refused! I then asked if I could PAY to print a pre-​paid label out of my email… They REFUSED again… Just feeling beat up and frustrated I asked what the cost would be to ship this the absolute cheapest way possible ground and it was 6 TIMES the normal rate I now know why they wouldn’t let me use my account. I then decided to leave without purchasing anything they could’ve earned profit from all the packaging material that I was going to buy and instead they earned nothing from me! AND TO ADD TO IT. The guy working behind the counter smelt so horrible of drugs and alcohol I could hardly breathe!!! Make the extra drive to any other UPS store skip this one I can’t wait to see them go out of business for poor customer service.
