This panera is great! I usually order the same thing everytime and it is always spot on. Tastes fresh and flavorful! The employees smile and always are pleasant. My only complaint is it does get busy and the food service slows down a bit.
I find if you come in around 12:30, the rush is gone.

Sorry to say that I have eaten at a ton of these and this one was by far the worse. Lazy and when you asked them to fill the coffees, it took 25 minutes. That with no customers. Ugh!

The baked goods are great, coffee is just so so.
Seems to be a lot of staff turnover at this location so sometime it a training mission to get things right. Seems like the toaster here never really toasts the bagels, just warms them up slightly.

Not much to be said about Panera. It’s Panera. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. This location is always clean, the cashiers are not always the fastest and our food took a little time to come up last time. A little expensive for 2 people in my opinion and I dislike the fact that they don’t have a You Pick 2 for kids. I do like that the calories are posted on the menu so it is very easy to make healthy choices even in a hurry. Way better than stopping for fast food. My new fav is the Power Protein salad (or something like that) It has hummus, spinach, and chicken, and then I get a side of chicken noodle soup. Low cal and delish! My daughter loves the grilled cheese and tomato soup.

I like Panera Bread quite a bit. This location is very busy so service can be slow sometimes. No chance at a gluten free menu, you have to figure it out yourself. Other locations I’ve been to have bent over backwards to help my Mom find gluten-free items on the menu.

Normally love this location. Very convenient with on and off access to M6. But they fell on there face yesterday with customer service. I go to Panera out of all the other spots in this area because of the coffee. Well they ran out of coffee yesterday we told them twice and in a twenty minute span they still did not have coffee ready. We could have had decaff or hazelnut which we are not a fan of. The pick two my husband and I both got was great but not with out issues. My soup was cool not cold but certainly not hot. I got the French Onion soup and it had about a ½ tsp of cheese on top and no bread chunks at all. My husbands sandwich was haphazardly put together with the insides falling out on the sides — Not ideal. I normally love going to Panera Bread and will go to there other locations and will even try this one again to see if they improve.

Not impressed. First they forgot to put my hard boiled egg in my spinach salad then I find a hair in my salad. Not to mention my soup was luke warm. Not a very good experience.

I really like this Panera bread. It’s an easy on/off the highway when I“m in MI6 headed toward the airport.
It’s clean, and the staff is very friendly.

The food is great, but their service sucks! The last three times I’ve been there, I’ve been missing food from my order, which might have something to do with the lack of professionalism behind the counter. The employees talk and act like they could care less. I don’t recommend this location.

This Parena is in a great location. It’s clean and well staffed. I have never had to wait a long time even though there is a nice flow of customers. I stop here when headed to Holland, MI for a quick lunch or coffee.

It was one of those mornings that I just couldn’t make it in time for breakfast. Luck would have it that I landed at this Panera where they made me eggs anyways — even though it was after their cutoff time.
The food was to spec for Panera. Yummy. The facility was clean and well run. No complaints!
