Great spot for lunch. I enjoyed my veggie roll and CA roll without crab a lot. They have amazing little appetizer «tacos» I feel like I could eat 15 of. Very friendly service. 5⁄5!

Had a craving for sushi so decided to give this place a try. It was a small place but good enough. It was busy saturday night and there was only one waitress and the chef. You can order to go sushi, and the prices were pretty good. They dont have ayce… Yet… Hopefully soon. Id recommend and will be going back.

Wow! They have improved, I first came here when they first opened up and wasn’t too impressed. However today I decided to stop by and see if anything changed, I got the Crunch Roll and the Caterpillar. They were very tasty and they were very quick. I have to say they have good sushi! Great prices and they have great service.

This is my 2nd time here and it was a very good experience! It wasn’t crowded and I sat at the sushi bar. The sushi was excellent with big pieces of fish and small pieces of rice! Service was good and attentive. I would recommend this place for a quick bite of Sushi in Calimesa.

My wife and I have been coming here since it first opened and have never had a bad experience, bad food temperatures, or unfriendly staff. They have good sushi and always tastes fresh. Very polite and friendly staff, but you have to keep in mind that it’s a small place and it is a small staff. Other than that, I recommend you try it. Oh and they’re prices aren’t bad either and they serve alcohol now.

I really liked this place. The staff was very friendly, the décor was nice and it felt cozy. The food was good and they have quite a large menu. The prices where very reasonable. The owner was there and apparently it’s a family business. Very nice young man. I wish him the best and hope the local community will support him and his family. Good luck!

I have waited soooo long for good sushi to come to Calimesa, and it was GREAT!!! A very nice atmosphere with fantastic staff. You feel as if you are royalty. They are willing to work with you and discover what makes you happy. All of the fish is very fresh and tasty. I have tried multiple items and found all of it to be delicious. PLUS the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend a trip to meet and try this awesome place.

Finally tried this place! Ordered two rolls to go. Service was fast & friendly. I got the 911 roll which has a great heat to it & the Philly which is my favorite. Both rolls were really good & fresh. Would definitely go back. Also, you can’t beat the price. Got two rolls for under $ 12.

I went there on a Friday night sat at the sushi bar order my rolls and sushi sat for about 20 minutes watched the 2 sushi chefs hand everyone their food except me. Finally I stood up cancelled my order and walked out with only the waitress apologizing. They did not have enough customers for this slow of service. I will be staying in my neighborhood for sushi Yucaipa has sushi places I enjoy with good service.

Great deals right now. Buy 3 special rolls and get a regular roll for free and on top of that the special rolls are half off. Outstanding! Each dish came out like a piece of art and tasted even better. My wife doesn’t like sushi and she loved it! Their forever roll is a must! We got 2 drinks, 4 specialty rolls and a regular roll and ice cream for 36 $ before tax. Give em a shot.

Stopped in tonight to give this place a try. There was a group of about ten, which only left one 2 person table or the small bar to be seated at. Glad we chose the bar. My boyfriend couldn’t help but notice that the thermometer was reading around 60 degrees. We thought maybe the thermometer was broken. So we reach up to touch the glass and it’s not cold at all. I start looking at things closer and I can see dried up drainage under the plates with the fish. I also see a shrimp shell in the front of the display. We look at the menu, which is crazy overpriced. There is actually a $ 18.95 roll on the menu. We were shocked by the roll prices and were already second guessing our choice to stop here. On the other side of the menu, it says all rolls 50%. What’s the point of that? After a few more minutes we decided to bail. Didn’t want to risk getting sick. Raw fish at 60 degrees sounds dangerous.

This is a nice little sushi place in Calimesa. They’ve done a good job of decorating it nicely. It’s run by a really friendly young married couple. The service is always quick & the prices are good. They have a special deal where you buy any 3 special rolls & you get 1 regular roll for free. They also run the «50% off all rolls» special that a lot of sushi places have — the 50% off is the real price of the rolls because they are always 50% off. We’ve eaten here a number of times & the fish has always been fresh. The white dragon & the house rolls are a couple of faves. Support this small local business so they’ll stick around! (The only downside is there is no beer or wine.)

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Nothing special about this place. I ordered take out and waited almost 45 minutes for it. There was a table of 4 and a table of 3 there with 1 hostess and 1 sushi chef. I would’ve got my food in a more timely manner if the «chef» did not make each table their entire order before making mine. Any other sushi place they will make a few items for each table then rotate.
Food was subpar and tasted like something you would purchase at a grocery store. DO NOT LET THE 50% OFF ROLLS ENTICE YOU but then again this is in Calimesa…

If you are a sushi eater on a budget then this is the place for you. Cheep food but no quality, reminds me of grocery store sushi. Also they do not have a liquor lic so so beer or sake

Great Sushi! Probably the best quality sushi I’ve ever had. The service is great, the ambiance is nice and clean. I want to go there every week! All rolls 50% off and buy 3 get 1 free make it so affordable too. House Roll, Ninja Roll and Rainbow roll are my favorite.

I have never had «real» sushi before, but on the recommendation of my co-​workers I gave this new restaurant in Calimesa a try, especially since our food choices here are fairly limited for being a small town. I ordered the Tiger Roll, and it was delicious. Fresh and flavorful, nothing like the packaged California Rolls you buy in the supermarket. It is a small venue, so groups larger than 4 persons would not be advisable. BONUS: The couple who own the restaurant are very kind and sweet :)
