We drove up today, whole place was dark. Called the number and it’s been disconnected.

Always friendly staff. The best tea. Awesome selection of Japanese foods well prepared and very delicious. Most important is it’s also economically priced!

Great little spot in cherry valley! Clean, great taste, prices are good, vegetable tempura is good! They have a nice bar, not sure it’s full service or just beer. Sushi comes out fresh, great presentation. Water isn’t that good though.

Don’t judge a building by its exterior! The restaurant is clean and very spacious. The waiting staff & sushi chef are super pleasant & friendly-unlike the Edward scissor hands lady(that’s what my kids call her) at the sushi bar down the street. Anyway, the sushi is soooo good. My fav is the Kama(fried fish collar), Vegas roll & their salmon skin salad. The miso is on point too! Everything is GREAT!

Friendly staff, great sushi, spacious restaurant… I go here because its local. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way if I lived elsewhere. I’d go more often if they had an all you can eat option.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The edamame and soup was bland. The water is gross. But The four different plates of sushi rolls were great! Not enough to bring me back unfortunately.

Came here last week with a friend. The outside looks like it used to be a house or mortuary or something haha, but the inside is a nice, simple, standard sushi place. The food was delicious & reasonably priced($ 7-$ 13 a roll regular menu, also had happy hour specials), & a variety of flavored saki. The only reason it lost a star was service was pretty slow. The staff was very friendly though, & luckily we weren’t in a rush. I’d def eat here again :)

For Beaumont it’s pretty good sushi. I like the Vegas roll & shrimp/veggie tempura and my kids like the big noodles… not sure what it’s called.

I can’t write with enough emphasis how much I love this restaurant. My daughter and I were in Beaumont for her golf tournament and we happened upon this place. It’s dumpy and unappealing from the outside. As I entered the place it took on an air of authenticity. Some waitresses spoke decent English and others could hardly speak English. As we ate the sashimi and various other dishes, we realized that this was a very special restaurant with an absolute focus on quality. There is no pretense, but I dare you to find anywhere in this area better and fresher fish. Try the spicy Ramen noodles and all the variety of wonderful raw fish. We went back three nights in a row. The 2nd night we took our Korean friends to use as critical judges. They couldn’t believe how wonderful it was and we found them back there on night 3. Come here with a smile on your face because you will have one of the best Japanese meals at such an incredibly cheap price. Yeah Sushi Hiro!!!

Best sushi I’ve ever had. I sit down, have a beer and Martin makes me whatever he feels like. It is always fantastic and I’ve never had the same thing twice. Great staff, amazing atmosphere, phenomenal food. What more can you ask for?

Wow… I just moved into Beaumont and saw this place on the outside it looks like an old motel or something but holy crap this has some of the best sushi and the price was amazing, best sushi place I’ve ever eaten stateside. I recommend the black tiger roll and the lunch special bento.

Best sushi in Beaumont. Although one night we went for dinner it took us a while to get seated and the people who got sat after us got there food before us and we had only ordered two different sushi rolls.

Martin is an amazing Sushi Chef. The artistic quality and amazing flavors are inspiring. We are world travelers and foodies that find ourselves in Cherry Valley California. This is by far the best sushi and sushi chef we have found in a very long time.

I was alternating going here and City Sushi for a year since moving to the area. Now I only go here. I usually take out(being a pescatarian with kids who don’t like to sit in at restaurants every night ;-) and they always get my order right and suggest new items. I was looking for something special and the cashier took a list of things I like and sent it to chef. The special roll he made was amazing! And I can’t wait to start trying even more. Now I don’t go to City sushi since my order was almost always wrong when I got home and the special roll I had made had the exact ingredients I asked to be avoided.
