Worst possible customer service
Would never go there again. They were more concerned about Bears game then the customer service. Needed replacement part asked to order they told me to go 45 miles out of my direction to get what I needed. At first talked to clerk who went and conferred with the manager both Manager and clerk have no customer service experience they need to get into another line of work. From now on I’ll avoid this location at all possible costs drive out of my way
To Mokena or Merrerrville Indiana. At least in Merrerrville it takes a while before they take care of you
But in the end you leave satisfied with their professional service.
