Fail!
A remarkable difference in customer service since the failed AT&T acquisition of T-​Mobile. Consecutive months of billing for data after requesting, pleading and demanding that I do not want data ultimately left me no choice but to leave T-​Mobile.
Just shy of 10 years as a loyal customer and T-​Mobile found no value in retaining me as a customer.
