This store does have cheap deals. However, you have to be cautious of what you purchase from here. Things are sometimes imperfect or the material is poorly made. The store is ALWAYS a mess. The associates attitudes are very poor, as well management. They all lack manners and courteously. Their return policy isn’t structured for the customer’s satisfaction. It is more tailored to the economic greed of the company not realizing without their customer’s satisfaction their company will fall. You want good deals on quality merchandise with even better customer service? Visit Ross or Burlington. Avoid here by all means!

This was the first store that opened in the Chicagoloand area. I use to be able to find a lot of items here from housewares to clothing but this location has flatline from their original offerings. Much better selections at other locations.
